The master bedroom features a plush double bed and en-suite bathroom, while the second bedroom offers versatile zip beds. You will have one free parking space in a secure, gated car park, plus a fully equipped kitchen and modern amenities. The space
Our modern 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment welcomes you with a bright and inviting hallway. Upon entry, you'll find the main bathroom to your immediate right. Adjacent to the bathroom is the master bedroom, featuring a plush double bed and an en-suite bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy.
Continuing down the hallway, the second bedroom is directly ahead, equipped with versatile zip beds that can be joined together as needed, accommodating various sleeping arrangements.
Moving past the bedrooms, you'll enter the open-plan living area, which lets in a lot of natural light. This space seamlessly blends a cosy lounge area with a dedicated dining space, perfect for relaxation and socialising. The lounge includes a sofa bed that can comfortably sleep two people. The fully equipped kitchen, located just off the living area, boasts modern amenities and ample space to prepare anything from a gourmet meal to a quick snack, making it an ideal spot for culinary creativity and shared cooking experiences.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the whole apartment and 1 allocated private parking space. The car park has a height restriction of 2.2 meters for vehicles. Before booking, please ensure your vehicle complies with this limit if you plan to use the parking facilities.
Other things to note
A copy of our terms and conditions must be signed before check-in. The lead guest (the person making the booking) will also be requested to provide a security deposit of \xA3200 and Official Government ID. Check in details will not be released unless these requirements are met.
No excessive noise between 10 pm - 8 am.
The lead guest must be 21 or over and will be responsible for the behaviour of all guests
Note: This property has a noise detection device installed to monitor the noise level. Once excessive noise is detected, it may result to termination of the booking without a refund.
