Welcome to our brand new condo, perfect for your next stay! Enjoy the convenience and the comfort of spacious living for the whole family. This modern space features a fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs. Whether you're here for business or leisure, this condo has everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
This is a 3 bd 2.5 bath new build condo. Two bedrooms have king beds, as well as an attached bath to the master bedroom, the third bedroom has a full size bed, and the office also has a full size murphy bed as well. There is a flight of stairs up to the front door, once inside you'll see the office to your right and then go down a hallway past the half bath to the open concept living room, dining area, and kitchen. Upstairs is all three bedrooms, laundry, and both full bathrooms. There is a very small back deck out back guests are welcome to use.
After a guest signs our rental agreement with house rules, etc, we provide a guidebook with your personal access code, local attractions, and way more!
- Guest must sign Renter Agreement
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Unregistered guests/visits are not allowed. If you wish to bring someone outside your reservation, please reach out to us. The rental rate is for 8 people max. If you exceed the max number of guests you will forfeit your damage deposit if applicable or you will be charged $100 per day for each extra guest.
- Quiet Time is enforced 10 pm - 6 am
- Check-in time is 4 pm or after and Check-out it 10 am.
- No smoking/vaping anywhere inside the premises, $1000 fine for any violation. All of our rentals are non-smoking. You may smoke outside but all cigarette butts must be picked up and properly disposed of. You will lose your deposit and/or be charged for professional cleaning service if evidence of smoke or cigarette butts are found once you check out.
- No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
- Any excessive trash, there will be added fees for any additional trash left behind.
- Management shall not be liable for damage to renter's property of any type, for any reason or cause whatsoever.
