Creekside Cabin is a lovely, dog-friendly home, a spacious property with two separate living spaces, a gas stove and a stone fireplace, and exterior spaces that include a wrap-around deck, a ground-floor patio, and seasonal outdoor living room! Just steps from downtown Pagosa, you're within an easy stroll of shops, restaurants, and the town's famous hot springs. Winter activities abound in our beautiful San Juan Mountains. Kids will love grabbing the sleds and sliding down the snowy hill just outside the home's front door. Or, load up your skis and boards and head 30 minutes up the mountain to Wolf Creek Ski Resort. Whether it be whipping up breakfast in the fully outfitted kitchen, relaxing in the hot tub or enjoying the sunset in the private deck after a day of play, Creekside Cabin makes for an extraordinary stay.
Please note that this listing includes BOTH Creekside Upstairs and Creekside Downstairs (which can be rented separately as well), creating a wonderful setup for two families of skiers, hikers, or foliage enthusiasts.

- Verse yourself on our cancellation policy- that is what we adhere to (covid etc.). We HIGHLY recommend purchasing travel insurance.
- Quiet Hours after 9:30pm. **There are neighbors, absolutely no loud activity in HOT TUB.
- Non-smoking residence (including outside)
- Dog-friendly for a nightly pet fee and signed pet agreement. No other animals allowed without specific prior approval.
- Must be 21 years old to reserve home
-There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.
- No parties or number of people staying than are paid for. These are cause for eviction with no refund
- Guests are required to sign a rental agreement and manager may require proof of age
- City and state taxes, in addition to cleaning fee and Standard Property Damage Protection Policy will be added to all reservation fees
- Be respectful of the house and contents - it is someone’s home
- Ask about extended stay rates
