There are lots of little upgrades including extra outlets and usb ports, vent fan in the kitchen/main area, upgraded showerhead, porch light, locking hinge cabinets, and more. All of the essentials are provided including a coffee maker, instant water kettle, toaster oven, dishes, pots and pans, kitchen utensils, first aid kit, flashlight/lantern, citronella candles, games, dvds, bedding, towels, and toiletries.
