Your top-floor condo - with elevator - is perched above Main Street in downtown Carbondale to offer you the ultimate convenience and comfort. Three well-appointed bedrooms sleep 6 with three separate bathrooms. Enjoy your cozy living area with ample seating, a communal dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen for when you're not indulging at Carbondale's finest eateries. Step onto your large patio with mountain views, outdoor dining, a grill, and plenty of space for relaxing after a day of exploring. Parking isn't an issue even while staying in the heart of downtown: your 2-car garage for secure parking is ideal for storing your cars and gear after a day on the trails.

PLEASE NOTE:
- You are situated in a condo building with other office spaces - this unit being the only residential unit. Your front door is located on a communal landing with the office spaces and it also connects with the interior of the building through a back door. Please be considerate of the people working during the day time.
- PET POLICY: We allow up to two well-behaved DOGS in the space as long as they are disclosed to us before arrival. There is a $250 pet fee for every 7 nights at the home. Airbnb is only able to charge for the first 7-nights so, if you book for over 7 nights, we will send you the remaining pet fee through the resolution center after booking. If pets are not disclosed and the pet policies are not followed, there is a $1000 fine. Pets cannot be left alone in the home alone (unless crated), dispose of pet waste, and please keep pets off of furniture. Please follow these rules if your dog is staying with us and help us keep this space pet-friendly for our guests!
- Boutique Mountain Homes verifies identity and checks criminal databases for guests we host. After booking this space you will receive an email to complete your screening from our third-party guest verification company. By booking this space, you agree to complete this verification within 24 hours of booking.
- We require the home to be cleaned every 14 days during a stay, a service that is included in your booking payment up to 29 nights. If you have booked for 30+ nights, an additional payment will be requested after your booking is confirmed to cover this service.
- You will be staying in the heart of the beautiful - and wild - mountains of Colorado. You may see or experience animals and pests such as bears, deer, elk, mice, packrats, insects, bobcats, snakes, raccoons, and other such wild things. While all our homes are well-managed, we cannot predict the unpredictable as we live in a natural setting. Please understand this prior to booking this home.
