Welcome to our four bedroomed executive home in Newark. Ideally located close to the town centre giving you excellent access to all the town has to offer, be it ancient pubs filled with character or one of the many delightful restaurants all within walking distance.
The local attractions are but a short drive away such as Newark Showground, the Air Museum, Boundary Mills Retail Outlet, Southwell Minster, Southwell Racecourse, Belton House, Belvoir Castle as well as Nottingham and Lincoln both within an easy drive west or east.
The house comfortably sleeps 8 people with a double room with en-suite and walk-in wardrobe, two twin rooms and a single room. In addition, there are two lounges one of which can double up as a 5th bedroom with a double sofa bed and curtains for privacy. The main lounge has a 4k TV with a corner sofa and a two seater sofa.
The large open plan kitchen diner has a six burner gas hob and double oven perfect for cooking up a banquet or hosting a large family gathering. There is ample worktop space for food preparation and a two seat breakfast bar for informal dining. The large dining table comfortably seats 8 and is a great open plan social space.
In addition, there are the usual items you would expect at home such as a fridge freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave and coffee pots. Ample crockery, cutlery, mugs and glasses making it the ideal place for a family get together.
The utility room has a small cloakroom as well as a washing machine, iron, ironing board and airer should you need them.
There is a secure back garden suitable for your pet dog and tables and chairs to enjoy the outside space in warmer times.
The drive is long enough for two cars to park there and there is a parking permit for an additional vehicle should you need it. Please tell us in advance so we can make it available, we charge 25 pounds for the permit and refund 12.50 pounds upon its return. It is valid for you whole stay.
