For a 3-bedroom luxury rental villa that is designed to be your Mediterranean holiday paradise along the beach, Orchid Villa in the quiet and unspoiled area of Ayia Triada hits the spot.

From Larnaca International Airport it’s only a 40-minute drive to your destination, and only seconds before you fall in love with your home away from home and start wishing you had booked it… forever.

Three double bedrooms, all ensuite, can accommodate up to eight persons. There’s ample place for everyone in the open-plan living area with lounge and dining room for 8 persons, or around the 8x4m swimming pool in the garden with sunbathing deck. Alternatively, you can escape to the roof terrace with jacuzzi.

In addition to the standard airport meet & greet service, weekly maid service, pool and garden maintenance, and baby equipment upon request, a variety of VIP concierge services can be booked prior to arrival or after you settle in.

What’s in the vicinity? The beautiful, EU Blue Flag sandy beach with sunbathing facilities (at a charge) are 150m away, shops and restaurants are also within walking distance, about 600-700m from the development. For more variety and vibrant summer resort entertainment, it’s a short 5km drive to Protaras, and a just a bit further to the hot spots of Ayia Napa. In the cooler seasons the cycling paths and hiking trails in and around the unspoiled nature reserve of Cape Greco are irresistible.

The rate includes breakfast, A/C, safe box, fridge, dishes and silverware, satellite TV, hairdryer, bath towels, beach towels, bath amenities, Wi-Fi Internet access (free of charge in public areas and in the rooms) and all legal taxes.

Check In/Out Policy
Check in time: 16:00, Check out time: 11:00. Further use of the villa up to 20:00 hours is charged at 50% of the applicable night rate. Use of the villa after 20:00 hours is charged as full day. Late check out subjects to availability. Guests may check in to our reception office and can be escorted to the rented property or directly to the rented property.

Electricity Allowance Policy
Electricity Allowance calculation is # bedrooms * 25kwh * # of nights. Extra Electricity Usage will be charged 0.28EUR/kwh. Calculation is for the whole duration of stay.
