-Quivira has an independent reverse osmosis water treatment system (not city water), plus extra filter systems at homes and on fridge dispensers where applicable. The new private refuge for Quivira owners, is located next to the Quivira Golf Clubhouse and the acclaimed Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course. - There is a private owners-only beach club where guests do not have access unless invited and accompanied by an owner.
- Guests have access to full ownership residential community where they are guests, not to other communities. Copala guests = Copala + golf + resorts only, Mavila guests = Mavila + golf + resorts only, etc.
- Resort restaurant and golf club access are subject to reservations and are very full at peak times of year.
- Resort pool access can also be restricted during peak usage days or times.
