Located just a 5-minute drive from Old Trafford Cricket Ground and 15 minutes from Manchester city centre, you'll also find parks and local shops nearby. There are several transport options nearby.

➡ By bus: From Manchester Airport, Take the Stagecoach 43 bus towards Chorlton Green, about 45-50 minutes, then 5-10 minute walk to the apartment.
House Rules:
1. No smoking inside the premises.
2. Pets are not allowed.
3. Must indicate correct no. of guests visiting and staying (cost applies for additional guests).
4. No parties, loud music or events allowed.
5. Quiet hours between 10pm-8am.
6. Minimum age to book is 22.
7. Guests must complete the pre-check-in form with essential details (name, contact information, and a signed agreement to our terms) to ensure safety. Failure to do so will prevent property access.
