My home is minutes from the very best San Diego has to offer. Restaurants, beaches, boutiques, and shopping are all a short drive away. Stroll the area or enjoy the on demand bikes and electric scooters in the area. Welcome to your home away from home.

Getting Around:
The recommended transportation is your own vehicle. Also, Uber and Lyft are great options as we are central to many San Diego hot spots & destinations.

Other Things to Note:
This is a duplex with a 3/2 in the front unit and a 1/1 in the back unit.

This listing has a device that monitors noise levels (but does not record sounds) and notifies the host or the host’s agents if it gets too loud.

Pets are welcome!
Maximum of two pets per stay. There is a pet fee of $60 per pet, per stay to cover the cost of an extra deep clean after your departure. This ensures the home is completely allergen-free for the next guests, as some people can be allergic to pets.


Lawn care: Our professional landscaping team, Good Ole Bois SD, usually comes by once a month- 2nd/3rd week at 9 AM the earliest (weather pending) to cut the lawn for us.

Automated keyless entry to all doors. Guests have 24/7 access to the entire property via the front door keypad. Keypad code will be sent to the guest prior to check-in. I live in the unit that is detached behind the house. If anything is needed during the stay I can be quick to help.
