A very conveniently located one bedroom flat in the village of Walter's Ash, High Wycombe. Ideal for those looking to explore the Chilterns or working close by. Located only 10 minutes from High Wycombe - why not stay somewhere more rural but with the convenience of local pubs and shops.
Great for couples or two individuals as there is also a sofa bed.
Perfect for those visiting the local RAF base too.
A bright and spacious one double bedroom flat with additional sofa bed situated in the centre of Walter's Ash village near High Wycombe.
The flat itself has had a recent facelift including new furnishings and would suit a couple or two individuals looking for convenience within a lovely village surrounded by countryside. The flat is above the Coop supermarket in the village so it's very convenient for shopping for all your food, drink and other necessities.
The flat is supplied with all cooking amenities and has a new Smart TV with all streaming Apps installed.
Central heating throughout controlled via Hive thermostat making it nice and cosy in the Winter months.
It's a very friendly and quiet neighbourhood and ideal for those wishing to stay somewhere slightly more rural, pretty and affordable, yet close enough to town.
Saunderton train station (Chiltern Railways) is only 5 mins away, which can quickly take you to London. Marylebone (40 mins) or Bicester Village (40 mins) and also Oxford (45 mins).
