You and your guests have private access to the entire 5th floor. Both condos share the same floor and are across the hall from each other. There are only 2 condos on each floor and the building has 7 total floors with the pool on the rooftop.

This spacious condominium has fast Fiber Optic Internet with Netflix and Disney+ in all rooms and is WiFi Intelligent with all SAMSUNG appliances and electronics.
Guest access
This AirBnB does allow guests and visitors. Visitors are allowed access anytime of the day or night with government ID.

We remind all our guests and visitors to remember that there are families and children who live in the building. We ask that all visitors dress properly enter the building and remain respectful of all residents.
Other things to note
We are are property and administration that is in accordance with the provisions of Law 679 of 2001. We strongly believe that Cartagena is a great city believe in the future and image of the city becoming a “Super City” in the Caribbean.

We are also in support and agreement with the signing of Decree 003 of 2024, through which returns security to Cartagena and its Historic Center, hotels, tourist agencies and accommodations.
