Smell

The motel is close to the ski resort, affordable, reasonable about bringing pets, clean, comfortable, the staff was friendly, and there is a coffee shop across the street.

There was nothing to dislike.

The room was freezing when we entered and the heating unit was set at 74 and did not heat the whole room only the area around the unit and I slept cold the entire night.

The room was updated a bit and clean which made the stay very pleasant. Close to the slopes and good value for double bed.

The stairs to the upper level were slick and steep which made it a bit harder when walking up and down with luggage.

Bed slept well. Good price.

I am handicapped. I requested a handicapped room. I received an email stating that they would accommodate my needs. Upon arrival, no handicapped room available. I could not shower for 3 days. Had no daily cleaning of room, had no replenishment of supplies, drink machine out of order, front desk could not answer questions, front desk closed a lot.

The beds were comfortable and it was a nice place to rest.

The bathrooms were not good. We had two rooms and there was mold in the grout of both tubs and not a little bit! The grout in other areas was falling out. The toilet in one room was wobbly and the bathtub faucet was off. My daughter's room didn't have running water in the sink as well as having mold. I also did not like that there was a mattress just leaning against the outside of the building.

No breakfast was offered. Told the receptionist my husband was in a wheelchair. He put us in front of the stairs. Awkward trying to get in and. Bathroom door was so narrow we couldn’t get the wheelchair in nor the walker would like to see a bar put up to hold onto to sit on the toilet. It was very low. The ac didn’t seem to be accurate worth the temperature and it was hard to get into the bed up aganist the wall
