Eu aconselho o hostel. Estádia boa.

A nice little place just up from the plaza. Staff were nice. For the price the place was clean and nice. they let us leave our bags there despite a 1 night stay.
As with all properties in Cusco, it was a little cold.

Very peaceful and comfortable hostel run by a lovely family. The hostel has a very nice green garden with a pretty view of Cusco, in which you can meditate or just lay in the sun.
The rooms are clean and cosy, and the showers can actually be really hot (which is rare in hostels)!
The location is excellent: it is close to the Plaza, great restaurants and many shops.
The family is also just so welcoming. They offer inexpensive daily additional breakfast options and laundry (done by hand!).
Really recommend staying here, also because the owners work so hard and deserve it :)

hot shower
too cold.
they don’t speak any English.
they don’t want to help me. I was asking to get some hot water because too cold in a hostel. which is actually outside.

Staff were very nice and the room was a good size with a good view.
I arrived at 10:30pm after a late flight. The check out was at 9am, the staff gave me until 9:30, but still… it’s too early to ask people to leave when paying more than 100 soles for a room.

It was close to the historic center. Grocery stores and restaurants in proximity. Our room had a lovely view. The room was bright and cheerful. The attending staff very helpful. The property taken care of and secure.
The only drawback was on some of the cold nights there was no heating. However I feel this is the norm in
some South American countries.

Super nice staff, good facilities with beds and blankets, have ample storage when doing the Inca trail. Extremely good price
Very noisy, could hear when my neighbors walked or spoke because of creaky construction. All bathroom facilities required outside walk which was cold at night

Friendly family who runs the hostel. It was clean. The bed was comfortable and warm. The staff were always polite. Breakfast is basic but filling. For the price, I would thoroughly recommend this hostel.
Its up a steep hill, but then most of cusco is!

The breakfast was simple but good. We left a bit after the check out and they did not charge us as it was supposed.
The photos dont match up with the room. We were quite disalppointed when we arrived. The shared bathrooms are outside and very cold

It is family owned, such a nice group of people.
No heating, and not enough bathrooms for all of the units.

great location and very nice people, plenty of warm blankets; good internet connection; loved the resident baby goat
it was overall good. it’s very basic but also inexpensive. it would be nice if there had been an indoors common area but there was a little covered area outside and they were doing some construction in the courtyard so maybe that’s what they’re working on:)

Kurumi Hostel exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful at all hours of the day and night. I had to book our room very last minute because of some confusion with another hostel in the area, and they were very accomodating. Our room for my sister and I was a double, which had a twin bed and a queen. They were both so comfortable, we almost didn't leave the room! The interior is beautifully decorated with painted walls and classic Catholic art pieces. After our stay, we realized that my sister had left her iPad behind. The kind woman who answered the phone made sure to go find it, and keep it safe until a friend of ours was able to pick it up; and she checked photo ID to make sure that she gave it back to the right person. Overall, this hostel is backed by a kind and considerate staff which makes it so lovely.
Nothing that I didn't like! To anyone travelling from somewhere you are used to having central heating, this is not included. I was aware of this going in so it wasn't a problem; the cozy blankets and pillows kept me comfortable all night.

Good location. Nice room with decent space and furniture.
Showers and bathroom in general is a bit uncomfortable

Wifi worked great. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Room was freezing! Asked for heater and they did not have any.

very good location, great hot showers! fast and efficient laundry service.
the bathrooms were so dirty!!! not just the showers but the toilets were very dirty too! also the sink where you wash your hands/brush teeth never looked cleaned. we stayed there several nights and never saw someone cleaning the toilets/bathrooms. it’s a real issue when they are shared!
they charge you for a cup and hot water!!! you’re not allowed to enter the kitchen to just boil water to make your tea (we had bought our own). we had our own tea leaves and only wanted hot water which was never a problem everywhere else we stayed. it seemed to be an issue only here and they charge you every cup of hot water. even the day my partner and I came back from a tour and we had big headache from the changes in altitudes, and wanted to make our tea - they showed no support or whatsoever and still wanted to charge me for a cup of hot water… real lack of duty of care for their guests! very disappointing!

nothing
The room was beyond cold. I think the floor was stone which made it colder without heat. I took out my sleeping bag liner to add some heat to my body and slept in my long underwear, hat, and gloves. Also the shared bath is outside, as in every room opens to the outdoors and you must walk to the shared bath. Someone said they were changing to a personal bath but the room smelled like sewage.
