Location is great, but then again its a small town and everything is easily accessible. The staff are great, breakfast amazing and room very spacious. I would certainly stay again.

No lunch or dinner. The Check in process could have been a little better. Room wasnt fully ready for arrival and Housekeeping staff were not aware that I was in the room already.

Poor internet signal, poor quality of towels were made available to us, noise early in the morning (between 6 and 7AM) disturbed us and it was inconvenient

The Swakopmund Sands exceeded our expectations. Friendly and accommodating staff. Crispy clean. Most comfy beds. Quiet surroundings. Good breakfast. Easy check in. Good location. We bought small paintings in Swakopmund and unfortunately forgot them in our room. The morning after our departure a staff member phoned and made arrangements to post it to us in South Africa!! Wow! So much appreciation for their efforts.

Amazing location!! Right at the beach area where you get to BEAUTIFUL sunsets everyday... This place is conveniently located opposite National Aquarium. Obviously you need a car to move around Swakopmond. The walk around the beach area leading towards the Jetty is a MUST thing to do .

Breakfast options werent that great.. as most of the items was pork-related! The rooms were small but convenient for one night stay... Open shower concept is something that one cannot get used to!

The staff was welcoming, helpful and very informative. The hotel is within walking distance of the town and jetty/beach area. The pub inside the property was great for drinking before heading out. The breakfast was delicious and value for money. The room was comfortable and clean. The bathroom facility was excellent.

One small thing - the toilet in our room was very high - I’m over 6 foot.
