The view from the room and the noise

Location of the property is excellent and the rooms , beds and bath room are very clean. There is no elevator but the staff and room boys helped with luggage promptly that’s really good. however we had two issues . First with breakfast . They served very slowly which took more than an hour and there was no crowd as well . On top of that , the person was randomly serving the people first who came late , he needs to be well trained. Second, we are ordered and paid for taxi to Dehradun airport thru hotel reception. The taxi arrived 45 min late . 10-15 min late is acceptable but 45 min late is not acceptable that too when we are going to airport . Luckily we made it but it was tense. Hotel management should address the breakfast room issue and take care of their taxi vendors seriously.

Good Restaurant and Cafe with Beautiful Ganga view.

Only Stairs/ No lifts

The terrace view, as seen in the promo picture above, is extremely beautiful…the Ganga river and the green mountains above provide a lovely backdrop for meals or for just relaxing. The ambiance and view from the terrace make this hotel a wonderful option. The service provided by Mr. Vibhanshu and his team was excellent!

No parking is available on the property…thus one has to walk about 200 meters from a public parking lot with one’s luggage to reach the property… though they did send a porter to carry the luggage.

Cafeteria AC is no functional, highly understaffed in kitchen.. will have to wait for a long time for any order

There is serious shortage of staff. You will have to wait a long time to get served at restaurant. The AV in the restaurant is dysfunctional and small relative to the area
