Great place to stay for a week. Very close to the beach. Luxerous house. Bed is comfortable but a bit on the small sight.

Our favourite apartment getaway is just perfect. Always pristine and well equipped. It’s quiet and perfectly located just a stones throw from the sea, and a short walk into the village for great restaurants and pubs.

Robert was at home when we arrived and was so welcoming and helpful. The weather was also kind enough to hold off from raining while we unloaded the car and as soon we walked in we knew it was going to be a great stay, whatever the weather.
The apartment is lovely and very comfortable, especially the bed which provided 4 nights of much needed rest. It was nice to have a bath as well as a shower, this was a rare find. The weather only allowed us to have breakfast on the patio one morning, but the view of Robert and Linda’s front garden was beautiful, rain or shine.
The location is excellent, a very easy walk down into the village, to visit the many places to eat and the shops. So convenient for the cliff top walk too – just across the road. Also, the bus stop is near the front gate so we caught the bus to Christchurch one day and Lymington the next :-)

Great property in a great location. If you just want a lazy day you are just over the road from the sea, or a 10min walk into the village center.
If you are feeling more energetic there are plenty of walks from the doorstep. We even did the 10mile walk along the Solent Way into Lymington and then caught the bus back - which stops right by the property.
Short drives can take you into the New Forest where there is even more to explore!
Overall we had a really great break!

Loved the apartment. We wanted to explore the New Forest and it was perfect for that. It was very comfortable and it was lovely to be so close to the sea. Our hosts Robert and Linda were very helpful and gave us lots of local information. On site parking was particularly useful.
We walked into Milford on Sea along the river for dinner most nights. Perfect!

Really lovely apartment and great hosts. Only a short stroll to the nearest pub, coastal footpath across the road and a 10 minute walk by the sea to the village. What more could you need?

Bob and Linda are very friendly and helpful hosts, they love ensuring that their guests enjoy their stay. The property is very comfortable indeed and could not be cleaner! It is decorated in soft relaxing tones and overall is a very relaxing place to stay. The only slight inaccuracy is the sea view. Although the apartment is just across the road from the sea, there is only a small glimpse of the sea through the gate to the property.

Everything about this rental was just what we wanted. Very good quality accommodation in an extremely nice area, just across the road from the sea. Ideal for walks along the coast, as well as visiting nearby Lymington and Christchurch.

Bob and Linda were wonderful host. They provided us some very helpful information about the local area regarding restaurants and sightseeing. The apartment is lovely. Prefect for a relaxing getaway. We really enjoyed walking along the seashore and the spectacular views of the Isle of Wight.

Compact but perfectly adequate apartment for two attached to friendly and helpful owners home. Modern interior which was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Private on-site parking at rear of property. Situated just off the quiet coast road west of Milford village with very little traffic noise. Spectacular views of the sea and across to the Needles on the Isle of Wight from the lounge and bedroom and a two minute walk to the promenade and beach. We appreciated the welcome prosecco and chocolates.

We had a very enjoyable few days on the south coast. The apartment was very well situated, within walking distance to the village. The apartment was perfect, very clean and comfortable, and Bob and Sue were fantastic hosts. Will definitely be going back for another visit.

My wife and i had a lovely four day stay in a superior apartment in a great location. Our host Robert was most welcoming, explained everything about the apartment and the location and all the and the local amenities. We were spoilt for choice for somewhere to eat in the village which was less than 15 minutes walk away. On the doorstep of the New Forest, all in all a great break. Would thoroughly recommend a stay there.

We were met by the very friendly owners and immediately felt at home in their fabulous apartment. It was spacious, very comfortable and clean with the added bonus of a large private patio with furniture on which to enjoy the sun and view. Off road safe parking. A great place from which to explore Milford on Sea and the beautiful New Forest. We would love to return.

We had a fantastic stay and Linda and Bob were very helpful. We loved that you didn’t need a car and everything was within walking distance. We cooked in a few nights but equally found some lovely restaurants. The beach is literally just a stones throw away. We will definitely be back.

This is a gem of a find! A stylish, spotlessly clean, cosy and comfortable apartment providing everything you need for your stay. Located in an ideal spot immediately opposite the sea and only a short walk into Milford Village. The hosts, Bob and Linda, are super friendly and made us feel very welcome. They even provided some 'welcome' treats which was a lovely touch. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend.
