Very nice hotel and in a good location close to many great restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helped us store our bicycles safely

Excellently located, a corner away from the central Piazza dei Signori and within reach of all main sites. At the same time, within 15 min walk from the trainstation. The hotel room was elegantly decorated with antique-looking furniture. Friendly staff. Not over-indulgent, but a good basic breakfast.

Our room overlooked a narrow street of the hotel's entrance, and was noisy at times during the night (even though I had specifically asked for a quiet room in my booking).

Breakfast was lovely, the location was fantastic, the staff (and guests) were really kind and caring. The room had a ceiling fan. The hotel was right off the main square and right in the old town. It was a perfect location.

I had no complaints. It was perfect.

The location is optimal. a little street in the pedestrian area. surrounded by the ancient centre, squares and buildings. the service was exceptional. staff went above and beyond to help me in every way.

Cost, location and cleanliness are my top considerations. Room and bathroom were spacious. Hotel has a lift. Breakfast was good with variety on offer. There is a roof-top terrace but it was not in use when I was there. pity.

advertisement indicated ‘city views’ but I only had views of the neighboring building.

After the booking we have been relocated to the hotel Palazzo Scamozzi because the Antico Hotel was actually closed, this was no problem for us. The room in the Palazzo Scamozzi was totally correct, but a bit anonymous, also the overall distribution of the hotel was bizarre (with a lot of hallways). Maybe the problem is that the pictures gave us higher expectations.
