Verde 15 is a great apartment in the Sands Beach Resort. A lovely sea view from the balcony alongside the always interesting activities in the swimming pool, with attentive service from the hosts there is very little more you could wish for!

A spacious and well appointed, comfortable apartment on a well maintained complex with many pools. Good pedestrian access to the beaches, promenades and resort facilities of Costa Teguise. Ample car parking. The shop on site offers basic self-catering supplies. A great base for a laid back and relaxing holiday.

We spent a really lovely 10 days here. The apartment was spotlessly clean, exactly as the pictures and very well equipped. Our whole experience was very positive and we ( my husband and I) can highly recommend it.

This stay was brilliant myself and the family enjoyed it so much. Would 100% stay again. Suzanne was amazing throughout couldn’t have asked for a better property to stay in which had everything you could think of. Thank you Suzanne for a wonderful time and memories we will cherish forever.

We had a great stay in Verde 15, the apartment was a lovely base for us while we explored the area and loved coming back to sit on the balcony with drinks and card games. It was so handy having towels available and of course the washing machine! Suzanne was so responsive to our messages/enquiries and always answered us within a few minutes which was brilliant. We loved our stay 😁

A absolutely lovely apartment on Verde overlooking the Olympic pool which was in a quieter area than others on site. The apartment lacked for nothing and we had a most enjoyable and comfortable stay. We would not hesitate to book again or recommend to anyone. Baring in mind the apartment is a top apartment and steps lead to it so if you have a walking impairment take this into consideration.

We had 13 wonderful nights in this superb roomy Apartment, it has sea views and is overlooking a 25M swimming pool, we were self catering and it had everything we needed! Great location with a supermarket on site or 5 minutes walk to a larger one, Costa Teguise has some amazing Restaurants only a short walk away! Great communication with the owner, it will not disappoint!

Stayed for a week and was really pleased with the apartment. There were only two of us staying there and it had everything we needed The apartment is clean and tidy, nice sea views from the balcony. If I were return to Costa Tequise I would stay here again. Suzanne was really helpful and offered some useful advise that helped us during our stay

We have just spent 3 wonderful weeks at Verde 15 a very well located apartment with a lovely private balcony that gets the Sun all day! Suzanne was very prompt replying to any queries which was much appreciated, we would definitely recommend & will return..

Enjoyed our stay in apartment. It’s very spacious and comfortable. Well equipped for self catering. We loved the balcony area which is very private and secure. Lovely waking up to view of the sea and pool. Well located for walks along the seafront leading to bars and restaurants. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed the stay here, the apartment was fully equipped. Easy check in process and Suzanne was always available for any doubts and our requests. Lots of beautiful swimming pool's and next to the beach and city centre. Sands beach resort has everything you need, super comfortable, we highly recommended it.

Fantastic, spacious, clean apartment with everything necessary for a self catering stay. Easy check-in process and prompt communications with owner. Lots of great pools in the resort for kids and only 5-10 minute walk from many shops, bars and restaurants. Would definitely return.

We really enjoyed the stay here and the accommodation was excellent, except for the fact that hot water was not readily available, not the owner’s fault, but an issue never the less. The apartment was roomy, well furnished and really comfortable. Suzanne was a pleasure to deal with and her responses were wonderful. We certainly would consider staying there again if we come back to Costa Teguise. Had real privacy on the deck, since a new door installed and we felt it certainly added to the ambience and privacy. Overall we were really pleased and satisfied with our experience.

We’ve been traveling all around the Canary Islands for the past three months. We’ve stayed in some great spots. But Suzanne’s place ranks highest for us. Full sized kitchen, large washroom with two sinks and all day sun on the terrace make it excellent. We are five and the space suited us well. We played basketball in the courtyard then jumped into the nearest pool to cool off. The lap pool kept us motivated to do some exercise and the resort is a short walk from anything you would ever need. We miss it, and Lanzarote already. The only minor thing would be that the pull out couch might be due for a new mattress. Although it never bothered my son in the least. We will always treasure our Christmas spent in this homey apartment. Thanks for the great communication, Suzanne.

Apartment was great, though needs a little bit of an update (pans, beach towels, cooker) only the Olympic pool is heated for swimmers so not ideal for our granddaughter! But we still had a fabulous holiday staying in Verde 15. Thankyou Suzanne.

Lovely property in a beautiful spot opposite an Olympic size pool and with wonderful views to the sea. Balcony gets the sunshine all day. The Sands Beach Resort is immaculately maintained. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it was a pleasure to deal with the owner Suzanne McKay who supplied all the information I required for the accommodation and of the surrounding area prior to arrival, thank you Suzanne.

We were a family of 4 staying in Suzannes apartment for one week, I can't fault the apartment at all as it had everything you could possibly need, for a cosy stay, we were on holiday with 4 other families who were all staying in different apartments on sands beach resort and I can say we definitely had the nicest apartment so bright and clean, my only thing would be that a new set of beach towels are needed there quite small and well used, but that's really my only fault, had a great week lots of different pools for kids and near to restaurants and bars if any ones like us and likes yo eat out on an evening

The apartment was lovely, clean, spacious. There was washing machine, iron, hair dryer, cooking utensils, towels. Great location. Hopefully we will back there soon.

The accommodation was exactly as described and perfect for a small family. Comfortable beds (pull down one was ace), hot powerful shower and a generously equipped kitchen. The balcony is a sun trap and you can see the sea. Highly recommended.

Modern, spacious and comfortable apartment in 5* complex overlooking Olympic size pool and with a panoramic sea view. South facing sunny balcony gets sun for most of the day. Everything you need for self catering but close to restaurants and shops with beach and promenade adjacent to the complex. loved every minute of our 6 week stay at Verde 15. We have already booked for next year.

Throughout the process, Suzanne was brilliant to liaise with. I will definitely look to use this apartment again and will certainly be recommending it, my friends and family!! Thank you and I can't wait to return!!!!

For us we would struggle to do better. Close enough to the beach and the swimmer's pool, which was a big plus for myself and our son being keen swimmers. Also 6x family pools to choose from at the resort plus the adult pool. The accommodation itself is everything you need for a comfortable stay, although we did spend more time out than in. Located on the first floor, the view from the balcony overlooks the sea; very relaxing to just sit with a brew or a beer. Accommodation facilities include cooker and microwave for preparing food and a washing machine with quick wash cycle... very handy. The visitor guide that Suzanne provided is comprehensive and contains everything you need to benefit most from your stay. The accommodation offers easy access to explore on foot and close enough to ample facilities to keep anyone occupied. The main beach is around 10 minutes walk from the accommodation; very clean, safe with lots of rolling waves which make for a great day out. The owner, Suzanne, maintained contact leading up to our holiday and responded very quickly to us throughout our stay for anything else that we needed... Thank you very much Suzanne. In a nutshell, would we stay again? Absolutely yes!!

We are regular visitors to Costa Teguise and have stayed in hotels and villas around the resort, however we decided to try Verde 15, and what a joy. We had a welcome pack on arrival, the location was great and indeed quite peaceful, the apartment was clean and well equipped, the information received both before and on arrival was spot on.
