Sehr modernes Hotel, komplett barrierefrei mit großzügigem Frühstücksbuffet und freundlichem Personal. Alles sehr sauber und ordentlich.
Die Lage ist etwas sehr abseits, schon fast in einer runtergekommenen Straße. Das war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Alles, Freundlichkeit des Personals, Ausstattung und Ambiente, Komfort, Lage, Garage für den Pkw, Garten - den Wellnessbereich werden wir bei einem nächste Aufenthalt ausprobieren. Hervor zuheben ist das außerordentliche und reichhaltige Frühstück. Nach 8 Monaten Kalabrien waren wir sehr skeptisch, was den Cappuccino anbelangte, auch der war hervorragend! Wir sehen uns wieder!

If the front desk staff was helpful regarding our group. My travel agent tried to talk to them, we tried to talk to them as there was a problem with having too many rooms that were not booked under the travel agent or myself. It must have
been an error, but the front desk was very unwilling to help. My travel agent tried to get with the manager and called from the United States 5 times to work out this situation, but no phone calls or correspondence back from the manager.

Der Abfluss der Dusche hat zu Beginn ganz furchtbar gestunken, das hat sich zum Glück nach dem Duschen gelegt.

The rooms were like new, big beds and a spacy bathroom. It was easy to get a parking lot in the underground garage - costs 8 EUR per day. There is also a charger for electric cars in front of the hotel.
Unfortunately, there wasn't air conditioning and it was really hot in the rooms. We arrived on a hot summer day.

In a good location with good facilities. Rooms were large with tea/coffee facilities. Breakfast buffet was fairly extensive. Overall a good place for a short Kempten break

The front desk staff were friendly. The decoration of the hotel has top taste.. there are many decorations in the hotel that uses some ordinary wood and wood pieces - but they are very artful and beautiful.
Many staff do not know much english.

The room was perfect. Good size, nice view, perfectly clean , nice bathroom. The breakfast was abundant and of very good quality and variety. The staff at the reception was good, smiling and efficient. Good possibility of parking.

It was extremely acceptable (although we weren't in need)
water in the shower made all the floor wet. a mop in the room could have helped
infornation regarding things to do - staff seemed not very up to date.

Nice fresh hotel. 5 min walk from Kempten centre.
Clean, good breakfast included. Just the place for one ore two night stop=over.
Free hotel parking space is limited.
Accross the street there's plenty, but paid (onlt 50ct per hour or so).
Rooms at the streetside can be noise with inebriated folk being load in the dead of night.
