Die Erreichbarkeit mit dem Auto war topp. Die Zimmer sehr sauber und mit Wasserkocher ausgestattet. Kostenloser Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage.
Leider kein Frühstück buchbar. Die Zimmer waren klein aber für 1-2 Nächte ausreichend.

It's an introvert's dream! Quick and easy check-in, don't have to talk to anyone, it's perfect. The room is nicer than what I'd expected for the price.

Wir hatten das kleine Doppelzimmer gebucht. Das Zimmer war sehr zweckmäßig eingerichtet: Garderobe, bei jedem Bett ein Schrank, geschickt eingebauter Schreibtisch, Fernseher, Wasserkocher, 2 Tassen, Tee, Nescafe - alles war sehr neu und in sehr gutem Zustand. Es war sehr sauber. Das Badezimmer war recht geräumig, es hat alles funktioniert und war sehr zweckmäßig. Vor unserem Fenster gab es in 15 m Abstand eine befahrene Straße: die Fenster schließen sehr gut, sodass man bei geschlossenem Fenster nichts hört - bei geöffnetem aber natürlich schon. Kostenlose Tiefgarage mit Aufzug. Wir hatten kein Frühstück.

Price-quality is not good at all when you compare it to Belgium France, Holland, Italy, Austria etc.
It's too expensive for what you get in return.
In France/Belgium you get the same type of room and service for 50€ or 60€ per night in an IBIS low budget hotel, breakfast included.
In Smart Hotel you pay 95€ for one night, breakfast not included (95 + 18 = 113).

- no reception anymore
- no staff ??
- had to phone ... but no help ... just do it yourself-message .. "it will work"-message
- computer reception charged 2 euro more then booking
- time consuming .. had to file twice for 2 rooms pre-booked ... this is Very BELOW expectation
- the old system with the "envelop"in the box worked much better + faster
