good location, close to airport and town. nice rooms and staff.

hotel is next to a big parking lot and santa village. So does not feel remote and a bit touristy. There is no Sauna.

This hotel is very unique and beautiful. Pricey but the views are worth it. The Sauna in the room is a big plus point.

The fact that check in is at 4 pm and checkout is at 11 am is very bad and not very fair considering the price tag of the hotel. as good as the hotel is it doesn’t have the “cozy hotel” feel with the receptionist being rude on arrival and appears to be in a rush and don’t even care about customers.

Overall the hotel is well maintained. Rooms are nicely decorated however I found it a little smaller than I expected. We woke up to a beautiful view and that makes up everything.

The price per night for this hotel is on the expensive side.

Inconvenient location. Nearest convenience store is 25 minutes away by walking. Only one restaurant can be found nearby and it’s owned by the hotel. The waiting time is very long for the dinner there and the price is very high (I was charged averagely 120 euro for 2 people), but the taste of it is terrible (very salty). The free breakfast was not bad. Also, the price is too high for a 27 square meters small room. You can get a much bigger room (probably 50 square meters) containing a sauna room in the Santa Claus Holiday Village with even a lower price. It is incredible for me that they don’t offer you a sauna room unless you book their higher class rooms, even though it’s a 4 star hotel. In addition, their AC is very very noisy and feels not as warm as the floor, which makes my wife feel sick. The chairs inside the room are very uncomfortable and harmful to your back. The table was too low and small. It has no space for a big PC.

The staff were exceptional - provided all the support I needed and went the extra mile to providing us a takeaway breakfast on our last day when our flight was at 5:30 pm. They helped with booking all our activities and constantly looked after us and inquired about our well being. A five star service throughout!!

I had a fabulous stay here. The staff, room and food were all great. The staff were always very polite and helpful. It was like being in a beautiful bubble away from reality, would definitely recommend it!

Perfect location. Excellent room with the view. Breakfast was amazing.
