Location, size of unit, cleanliness, kitchen equipment
There was a very offensive smell throughout the whole apartment which they'd attempted to disguise with numerous reed diffusers, automatic air fresheners and a scented candle. We were unable to determine the cause of the smell however we assume it may have been coming from the drains. We brought this to the owner's attention however they declined to take any action or responsibility. Very disappointing and definitely detracted from our enjoyment of the apartment.

The property was clean, great location! It was relaxing and comfortable after a long day of exploring. Fabiana was great and knowledgeable in giving us recommendations!

The location was perfect. Fabiana was wonderful. The apartment was clean and very spacious. The beds were very comfortable. Would definitely recommend this apartment.

Washing machine was impossible to figure out if you don’t speak Itslian. Host should leave instructions in English.

it’s a little dated as shown in pics. shower could use an update. hairdryer didn’t work but we had our own.

Fabiana kept in contact to ensure we had everything and updated us on events happening. The apartment was in a perfect location was spacing clean.

We loved the pool! The beds were comfy! The location was good, a 10min walk to town. It was very hot and the aircon was awesome! The apartment felt very homy! The host was very helpful, friendly, informative. The apartment is spacious, and we loved it!!

Great location, just a 10 minute walk into sorrento town. passing local restraunts a lovely bakery and shops. There is a supermarket close by , where you can stock up on breakfast basics ,snacks, wine 😃
We couldn't have asked for more it's a very spacious apartment. It met all our needs and fabia made us feel very welcome .

Central location in Sorrento: convenient to catch a ferry to Capri, explore the Amalfi Coast or Sorrento itself.
The rooms are nice and spacious. The apartment was very clean.
The host was helpful, and provided plenty of tips for visits, restaurants...
Only payment in cash was possible.
The parking space is enough for a medium size car, but it is difficult to fit a large car inside.

No tv in rooms , no microwave and bigger coffee makers. It took awhile to make 4 avg size cups.

Very nice and spaceful apartment. Our host Fabiana was a very helpful, caring and kindly host. We felt it very much like being home. Our warmest thanks to Fabiana.

Location was excellent. 1km from main plazza. Easy to walk to port, train station and market.

Fabiana who welcomed us, was extremely kind and went above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable
There were a few thunderstorms and each one caused a temp electricity power off. We needed to put the main plague up to fix it. Not big problem but slightly inconvinient

The apartment is large and comfortable, located within walking distance of the center,
Fabiana is in charge of the apartment, she is stunning! We received a warm treatment and lots of help that really upgraded our trip. many thanks.

Loved the space within the apartment, enjoyed many home cooked meals here. Location was a little far from downtown but we enjoyed the walk and the fact there was less tourist.

Property is large, well furnished, and very clean. It is in an apartment complex that includes a security gate and large swimming pool. Apartment features three bedrooms and two full baths...an advantage for two couples traveling together. The elevator works well and is a bit larger than many I've used while traveling in Italy.
