The apartment was immaculate, incredibly well stocked and in a convenient location. Shops and restaurants right outside the door. Great people watching from the balconies. Maurizio, the owner, met us at the apartment and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we could possibly want or need. He even stocked the fridge for us!

We loved our stay at MRG for so many reasons. Firstly, the host Maurizio was so welcoming and helpful. Upon arrival, he met us at the apartment to show us around and help us with our bags. He had even stocked the fridge and pantry items for us, which was very much appreciated after a long day in transit with a 3 year old and no time to do a grocery shop! We were traveling over Easter, and Maurizio even set up some Easter eggs and decorations in the apartment which was very special for our little boy. The property is recently renovated with contemporary furnishings and is exactly as it appears in the photos. The property was very clean, and we appreciated that it was very well-appointed after traveling around Europe for a month (washing machine, iron, kitchen - it really was a home away from home). We mostly ate out, but appreciated being able to cook our own meals occasionally.The building also has an elevator which was very useful for getting bags to the first floor! The location is fantastic - it is literally on the Main Street of Sorrento. The apartment overlooks the street, which is great for people watching and being a part of the buzz. As we were traveling over Easter, we were lucky enough to witness the Good Friday procession from our balcony. We loved being located so centrally as it allowed us to easily come-and-go throughout the day, which was so helpful traveling with a child. During our stay, we needed assistance at the apartment (we had an issue with the hot water, which was our misunderstanding and not a fault of the apartment!). After sending Maurizio a message, he offered to come over almost immediately that evening to help resolve it. He followed up a few times during our stay to make sure everything was ok. We were very appreciative of this level of service! We highly recommend MRG and if we are back in Sorrento, we would not hesitate to book again! thank you Maurizio for your wonderful hospitality!

Fabulous apartment with the perfect location in the centre of Sorrento! The apartment facilities were great, all the essentials were provided and there was two balconies with a nice views. The owner was very helpful and kind. We enjoyed our stay in October, and would highly recommend this apartment!

This apartment exceeded our expectations: the location is perfect, right in the middle of the main street, Corso Italia, near taxi stands and down the main street from the train and bus stations. It was a short walk to the marina to catch the ferries to Capri and the Amalfi Coast towns. The apartment was fully stocked and included everything needed in the kitchen: pots, pans, utensils, dishes, etc. There was even food, drinks and snacks for us like meat and cheese, fresh fruit, yogurt, juice, and even bottles of Prosecco!! The bathroom was also fully stocked with loads of toiletries and towels (even beach towels were included). We made use of the washer and drying racks as well. The beds were comfortable and the apartment was clean. It also has a great view of the main street from a small balcony, off the main bedroom. The host, Maurizio, was a delight and took us through everything we needed to have a wonderful stay. I highly recommend this apartment and will definitely stay again!

the apartment was in an excellent location, easy access to shops and restaurants and a 10 minute walk to the beach. Also the kitchen was very well stocked Mauritzio had filled the refrigerator with water, juice soda, eggs, sandwich meat and cheese. He also had bread and snacks available for us. He was fat and away the best host that we have ever had at vacation rental. He was very patient with our anxiety about finding the bus to Sorrento and waited for us when our arrival was delayed by two hours. lastly when I couldn’t get the coffee maker to work he came over to fix it within minutes

The apartment was easy to find because it was in the heart of Sorrento. It was very clean and our host Maurizio had stocked everything we needed for breakfast, lunch and Prosecco in the evening! There was Wifi, perfect for our kids (4 + 9yrs), and a washing machine (also perfect when travelling with kids!). The apartment has two balonies. Perfect for sitting out on in the evenings. Maurizio was a perfect host. He was in touch weeks before we travelled and recommended ways to get to Sorrento. He also met us at the apartment, showed us how everything worked and even some of his recommendations on where to eat and drink. I highly recommend staying here. Its perfect for families or for two couples (as there's plenty of room!).

Lovely apartment in the heart of Sorrento just a short walk to the main square. The host was so kind and helpful before and during our stay which made our holiday even better. The apartment felt light and spacious, the beds were very comfortable and with all the facilities plus many little extra touches it felt like home for a week, thank you.

The property is in the best location in Sorrento. There are several restaurants and shopping options nearby. Besides, Maurizio left the refrigerator full of food and drinks! It was a nice surprise. I would go back to the same place if I ever come back to Sorrento.

We stayed one week in Sorrento.We were very happy and lucky that we found this beautiful apartment.The apartment is in perfect location, on the main street.From here in few minutes you can easily reach everywhere in old city: shops, restaurants,market,taxi,port....The apartment on first floor is very beautiful and clean.We have traveled a lot, booked different apartments but the first time we met the host so kindly as Mr.Maurizio.He helped us to bring the luggage to the apartment, to rent the auto and the boot to Capri.He is always there when we need.He prepared the fridge fulled of drinks and foods for us.Last day he even drived us to bus station.All made us so surprised and grateful.Thank you so much Mr.Maurizio for your warm hospitality. We highly recommend this apartment!

I spent one week in this beautiful apartment together with my wife and we were really happy with our choice! Our hosts, were great and made our stay very pleasant. The apartment is located right in the center of Sorrento on the main pedestrian street, at the first floor of a nice building. The elevator was very useful for carrying the luggage. On the street you can discover many good restaurants and shops. Car traffic is restricted, access being mainly for municipal services or supply. However, it can be easily reached by taxi near the building, at about 30-40 m. If you need to rent a car there are parking options nearby with a rate of 20-25 eur per day. However, I recommend using public transportation which is very convenient including costs (local bus, train or ferry to Capri, Napoli, Positano and Amalfi). The apartment is beautiful, very clean and spacious, recently renovated and offers everything you need. It has a generous entrance hall, 2 separate bedrooms, a kitchen with dining area and a bathroom. The rooms are large and bright, and everything is very comfortable and makes you enjoying your stay. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a coffee machine, washing machine, detergents and last but not least the bathroom where nothing is missing. When we arrived, the fridge was filled for us with drinks and foods which we found quite nice. Very close to the apartment there are shops where you can buy various other food products depending on your needs. In the evening and at night the street has its special typical Italian charm which completes the spirit of this extraordinary location. For anything else is necessary, Mr. Maurizio is available at any time, and this is very good because you can get travel tips in the area or find a solution for anything you consider necessary. We recommend for sure this apartment and thank Mr. Maurizio and his wife Adrianna for their warm welcome and hospitality.

1. The appointment is well appointed which made it feel like home for us. Everything that we needed during our 3 night stay was provided for. The building has a lift so getting our bags up to the first floor was no issue at all. 2. The location is superb. It is located right on Cosa Italia which is very close to everything - the port, train station and all the shops and restaurants. 3. Maurizio and Adrianna couldn’t be more welcome to us. They were very warm and helpful. And made sure we had everything we needed. They even stocked up the fridge with food! Highly recommended!

Really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful large apartment. Maurizio & his wife were very welcoming and helpful from the moment we booked it to the moment we left. He is very responsive to communicating on whatsapp which made all the logistics easy. He Offered to pick up from airport and provided lots of information about the places to visit and travel methods as well as a fully stocked fridge of foods and drink, everything you need! The apartment is very clean, tall ceilings, bright & on the main street in the center of Sorrento so it is 10mins to walk to the port to catch the ferry to capri & amalfi. There are plenty of towels and all the bathroom necessities. The apartment also has WiFi. Maurizio lives close by so is easy to reach should you need to contact him. As a seasoned traveller I can honestly say this is one of the best apartments I have stayed in. We had a lovely time and a very enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend it.
