The house was great. Two blocks from Main Street so you could walk for dinner, shopping. Trails close by, Mount Royal , 10 mile hike. Bike rental on Main made in convenient to rent bikes and do some fun Bike routes. Just love downtown Frisco so quaint. Would recommend this Condo.

We have stayed in this property twice, once in the summer and once in winter and not only is the owner very accommodating but the location is excellent. Two blocks away from main street with shops and restaurants as well as 25 minutes away from the slopes. Jim the owner is very nice and always available. Kitchen is well stocked for any family cooking and the place is clean and comfortable. If you are looking for a place in Frisco for your family with plenty of space with a great location this is it.

My wife and I had a perfect stay in Frisco with our dog. We have been to Frisco a lot when skiing and this was our first non-skiing trip. The property is in a perfect location for all activities. We had the best time biking or hiking and then coming back to an ideal property for relaxing before walking to any of the close spots for happy hour. Our dog loved to lay in the sun on the deck! Jim and Cathy were outstanding hosts who made this an amazing trip and our favorite in Frisco. We will be back!

Located just one block off Main Street, yet very quiet and peaceful! We so enjoyed sitting on the deck, walking to the park, and strolling around the town of Frisco. Jim and Kathy are excellent hosts!! Very responsive and helpful, and it was such a pleasure getting to know them. The kitchen is very well stocked, should you choose to cook at home. Plenty of fresh towels and linens. It was great having a washer and dryer, since we got into mud on several hikes. All in all, I cannot think of anything that would have made our stay more enjoyable.

This is a wonderfully well equipped condo with plenty of kitchen utensils, washer, dryer and game room. Spacious rooms and dining area. A short walk to Main Street, and wooded trails. Take a steam bath to ease your muscles from a day of skiing at some of the best ski areas in the Rockies. Highly recommend.

Stayed here with friends for our annual snowboarding trip to Copper mountain. The place was as described- perfect location in Frisco and walkable to downtown bars,.restaurants etc. Very clean and cozy. Would stay again!

Amazing location - super quick walk to Main St., easy drive to Copper, convenient parking. The condo is even bigger than it looks on the listing. Plenty of room for a family of four and two dogs to spread out. Very well stocked kitchen. Jim was great to work with and made it a wonderful visit.

Property was great. Literally wouldn’t change a thing. Location was perfect - walking distance to retail and restaurants couldn’t have been better. Jim was a great host and really helped us out on some dinner locations for family celebration. We would absolutely stay here again.

The location can't be beat, just a block off Main St in Frisco. The condo had a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need. The living room was large and comfortable, and our family of 5 and 2 dogs hung out there every night watching movies. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. The 3 bathrooms were really appreciated for our after ski-snowboard showers. Jim was a helpful and responsive host.

This condo more than met our needs for a Summit County getaway. The bedrooms were great, our dog was happy here (especially in the sun on the deck), and the central location can’t be beat. We like to grill and cook and the kitchen is very well-equipped for that. Jim is a great host and provided assistance when needed.

Everyone who walked into this condo said two things: it's bigger than they anticipated and it's even nicer than the pictures show it to be. Great condo-- very comfortable and incredibly well-stocked with food, cleaning supplies, towels, linens, games. Excellent location-- 1 block off Main St., a short walk to the marina, close to hiking and biking trails. Jim is very friendly, welcoming, and superb at communicating. We'll definitely be back!

This was a perfect place to stay in Frisco. So centrally located and the condo has everything that you could want. The owners were the most gracious hosts and really helped to make the stay easy with their responsive communication.

The condo was huge and clean. They had everything you could possibly need if you forgot something. They have a lot of entertainment opportunities from TV's in every room, the foosball table, games, cards, and books. The kitchen is a full kitchen with all the dinnerware and cooking pots and pants. There is a nice set of washer and drier. I particularly enjoyed the whirlpool tub. Frisco is a nice, quiet town. It is very dog friendly with even an outside dog bath area. The food is great and in all price ranges. There are many good cycling and hiking oportunities. The owner was flexible, friendly, and easy to communicate with. I totally recommend this property.

Jim is one of the best hosts I've had the pleasure of working with! He was very proactive with communication, making sure that we had everything we needed before and during our stay. He's always looking for ways to improve the space and experience for his guests. The condo was also very well stocked with kitchen equipment, cleaning supplies, toiletries, and food. It was great being able to interact with a real person instead of a big property management company.

With Covid we rented a larger than usual condo. This property was perfect. Didn’t feel like a rental unit. We were able to walk to downtown Frisco. Frisco is the perfect distance from Copper Mtn. So the commute is convenient. Being able to bring our dog is a huge plus. Hard to find such nice accommodations that allow us to bring our dog. The owners were super helpful. Loved everything about this trip.

Owners were great to work with. The condo was the most well stocked of any place we have ever stayed. Location was great and easily accessible with plenty of parking. The condo was well laid out and easily slept the 10 of us. Game room was a plus. The only negative was the abundance of dog hair. Most of our group are dog owners so it was no big deal. We would definitely stay there again. Great price and excellent location.

This property is perfect! Comfy. Clean. Well stocked. The property owner is a great communicator. The location is amazing with easy access to many major ski resorts and an easy walk to downtown Frisco. We loved our stay.

This property is a gem. Great accommodations, convenient location to restaurants and shops and ski areas. Hosted a few visitors during our stay and everyone was comfortable. Jim, the owner, is easy to do business with and very prompt with replies. We highly recommend this Frisco home.

The location is perfect! One block to the bars & restaurants. Jim was available for any questions & very helpful. There was plenty room for our large family, & the kids/teens enjoyed the game room. Nice appliances & furnishings, comfortable beds. We stayed during a record snowfall (Denver airport & I-70 were closed!) but the roads, sidewalks & parking lot were cleared daily.

We stayed here over the New Year holiday. This condo could not be more perfectly located! We could sit on the couch and watch the pedestrians on Main St Frisco. And Ollies is so close! The condo is well-equipped with lots of staples in the kitchen and thoughtful touches throughout. The bedrooms are spacious. The owner Jim is super friendly and helpful with any questions as well as local recommendations. We stayed shortly after they upgraded to a gas fireplace (awesome convenience) and put in a beautiful new shower in one of the master baths. I would gladly stay here again. I will say it was on the cozy side for 3 couples + 5 kids but we were all family or like family so it worked great for us. There were plenty of beds / couches and 3 full bathrooms so each family unit had their own bathroom to share. The steam room was a cool feature. Never had that in a condo rental before! The boys loved the Foosball table. Oh and the pet friendly policy rocks. Staying here felt like borrowing your uncle’s ski condo rather than renting - it all felt so homey and welcoming. Hope to come back!

We stayed with a large group and the place fit everyone comfortably. The Foosball table was a hit with the kids. We would defiantly stay here again on another training trip.
