The food was fantastic staff were very help full and location over looking the sea was fantastic overall a great place to stay

Excellent location on sea front

Right on the seafront and attached to a really nice restaurant. Staff very friendly. The room was comfortable and clean and had good air conditioning, which was essential as we arrived during the heatwave. The breakfast wasn’t included but was good value.Though it wasn’t the cheapest hotel we’ve ever stayed in it was high season and in line with other places locally.

Very little to complain about. No signal on the TV but that wasn’t the end of the world. it was a bit noisy at night with music playing until late, but the sound insulation was quite good in the room and we knew what we were getting when we booked during the holiday season.

"Hotel" in front of the sea

We booked the hotel last minute and when we arrived we had to wait over 10 minutes the boss to come and give us the keys. For a good luck we booked the hotel only for two nights. The room is small and the acoustic is really bad. On the first night someone from the neighbour room was vomiting the whole night and we couldn't sleep. The second night was the highlight.. We saw during the evening that there is an event on the restaurant of the "hotel". We came back around 10 pm in order to sleep but at that time was when the party started.. The dj turned on the volume of the music even louder after 12 am which is something not allowed at all. In addition guests from the party where sitting on the reception area -corridor where "smoking is not allowed" and smoking, laughing, singing and screaming. The smoke coming inside the room was so terrible that I had to open the window two times during the night. The party ended at 3:30am. During our check out the next day the boss was not there and I complained about the party requesting a refund to the employee. I'm still waiting this refund..... Unacceptable to organise such a party and having guests paying to sleep.. After these two sleepless nights we had to drive over 700km.. thanks Voilis Hotel..

The disabled toilet was being used for storage so you could not use it.
