I would highly recommend Easy Stay Residence. The location is right at the beach. The room was spacious and cleaned every day. Additionally, daily beach towels were provided. Natasha and the complete staff were exceptionally professional, friendly, and hospitable. The breakfast was tasty and diverse. Overall, a wonderful experience!

Liked everything about this place. We've liked the breakfast the most!

Staff was helpful, rooms were very clean and serviced every day. Breakfast was good, but not much variety, which might get dull if you stay for longer. Beach, street food, ATM, pharmacy, groceries and restaurants are very close. Room had both, AC and wall ventilator, which made adjusting the desired room climate easy. Extra points for complimentary coffee and drinks. You can also book some water activities cheaper through the owner. Late check-out was possible for a very good price.

Hot water was unstable, sometimes there wasn't any. Not an issue for me, but if you are a fan of hot showers then maybe discuss this with property before booking. No washing machine or laundry option. For breakfast, written menu would be great. It was sometimes confusing what is available and discussing it over again every morning is unnecessary. Paying for your stay is cash only, which was not very clear to me beforehand. After booking it was written "You will be charged a prepayment of 50% of the total price after reservation", which is not true.

Proximity to the beach - just a hop & Skip away .. Excellent breakfast - we enjoyed it . its not a buffet spread rather a made to order one . enjoyed it a lot (check the snap). Room was spacious and there was a sofa bed which was big enough for both kids. 5 min walk away there are small stores and some restaurants -- so dinner is sorted that way All in all a great experience. I would def go back and stay.

location is perfect

if you want to stay with crocodiles and sleep with arts best choice is this hotel. toilet and bathroom are need to be improvement. because of the old building, insects can coming from almost everywhere. there is no european standard electrical charging stand in rooms.

Excellent location, one of the most beautiful beaches is 15 meters from the hotel, supermarket, taxi, restaurants, exchange office within 3 minutes walk. Good, not too varied breakfast on site ( chili cakes are delicious ) great, big comfy bed.

A/C fan swing mode was not working, so all cool was ventilated in one direction, towards the bed, therefore could not be used at night or while in bed. Would be nice to have more and better maintained sunbeds installed on the beach. Unfortunately, the hotel does not do this. They have a few sunbeds stored in the alley leading to the beach but the guests have to carry them to the beach.

The breakfast was great. Direct access to the beach was very convenient. Natasha was very nice and helped us with whatever we needed, including booking of some excursions.

Great breakfast, very clean room, friendly staff, late check out with a small charge, generally we loved it :)

We paid extra for snorkelling with turtles and we don't recommend it. We were taken to the reef (closest to the beach), which is dead and we seen 3 domesticate turtles surrounded by 7 boats and at least 20 people. The turtles didn't have space to swim without being touched by people. We think it is not humanitarian. We regret we participate in it. Please ban it.

the bedroom is for 3 not for a family of 4 unless one kid sleeps in the parents’ bed.

Absolutely amazing owner Raj Woochit and the entire staff led by Natacha. Every time you meet either of them, always with smile and always asking, what more they can do for you. we have really enjoyed the stay. Absolutely recommended. Diving club on the beach also ready to help and support you in exploring.

The owner and the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. From the moment of stepping through their door, you will be served with excellent hospitality. Welcome mango juice, welcome beautiful beach cloth for ladies. Whenever we needed something we were helped right away (such as getting ironing equipment). Breakfast is freshly made, delicious. The wonderful beach is super close, with direct access. Would definitely come back!

Some more stuff in the kitchen would have been nice, such as bigger sharp knife.
