Bello il portico esterno

Il proprietario inesistente. Ha comunicato con me tramite telefono dandomi le indicazioni per entrare e trovare la stanza assegnata, per fortuna c'era la vicina di casa che gentilmente mi ha accompagnata. La camera era in taverna, ampia con bagno privato. Un letto matrimoniale e un divano letto che per due bambini andava bene. Cucina con fornelli, che non ho potuto usare perché era a bombola e nessuno mi ha spiegato eventualmente come poterla utilizzare. Frigor spento che puzzava di muffa, con vaschetta dell'acqua piena (ho provveduto io a vuotarla visto che ne avevo bisogno). Momento doccia: un dramma. La prima doccia con acqua calda, la seconda con acqua tiepida, io con acqua tendente al freddo. E, ovviamente, nessuno a cui chiedere cosa si potesse fare per scaldarla o se si potesse risolvere in qualche altro modo Comunque. Colazione deludente, brioche crude all'interno e bruciate esternamente, 10fette di salame, confetture confezionate, 6 uova sode a metà, torte fatte in casa passabili, insomma poca roba messa lì a caso. Il giorno della partenza mi è stato presentato il conto, troppo caro per il servizio offerto ,meno male che sono in grado di utilizzare il Pos e ho fatto io, altrimenti la signora tanto gentile che si è trovata a fare le veci del proprietario non era in grado di utilizzarlo. Insomma. Sarebbe un posto splendido e vicino a tante cose interessanti da visitare, bisognerebbe averne più cura, soprattutto avere più cura dei clienti, che sono quelli che fanno andare avanti la baracca.

The house was very unusual and very typically old Italian! It had so much character, it was great! We were supposed to be staying at b&b san rocco but were changed to this house for some reason. We still got the breakfast at San Rocco which was superb!.

When we arrived at San Rocco b&b there was no one there. So I rang them and was told after a lot of difficulty because of the language barrier (our fault we cannot speak Italian) that we were staying elsewhere!. We couldn't understand the address so eventually she whatsapped me it and still we struggled. Even asking a local in the street ! They wouldn't come to Sam rocco to take us to the new place for some reason. Once we arrived at the new place just a few streets away another lovely lady met us & showed us the house. I feel they should have contacted us to tell us the situation not leave it for us to arrive and then have to ring them !

The staff was extremely friendly. They don't speak English very well but communication worked and we also used Google translator when needed. The location is amazing, we could see the mountains from the yard (we had our own yard with table and chairs). There was also a nice shared yard. Our room was clean and nothing to complain about.

all advertised items (kitchen, bathroom, bed etc) worked well; breakfast is typical Italian, ie not suitable for diabetics.. but also had "added value" with cheese and salami; the car park was inside the house court - in the basement (= safe place); the standard time of breakfast was from 8am but the kind landlord speaking English sufficiently met our wishes to have it from 7:30am

not only our car but also the room was in the basement but at least thus wasn't hot at all; the display of TV-set as big as one of a laptop; like elsewhere in Italy, the doublebed had one big sheet/blanket, not two individual ones as my wife and me used to have... (however, for many others it's just advantage, I guess)

Perfect terrace, different places in the garden to sit and be in peace with myself with great view to the mountains.

The staff was really friendly, clean rooms and bathroom, amazing breakfast and a lovely view in the garden, it was a really awesome experience.

There was a little misunderstanding apparently booking.com didn't succeed to manage my reservation so the staff helped me to get another room in another hotel for only the first night then i resumed the stay in B&B.

The appartment was quite big

There was some problem with shower.
