Terrible location Our dinner was included in package but staff asking payment for ice cubes.No snacks in dinner. Limited breakfast buffet Terrible view from room 601 and smell of sewer. Attach photo

Location was nice. Food was tasty. Pickup and drop service.

Leakage in room. Restaurant was cramped, no space to eat breakfast in mornings. Staff created lot of confusion regarding payment. Bills not properly maintained.

1. Reaching hotel is very very tough. There is no proper road to hotel, and you will keep on wandering inside main Mussoorie to reach hotel. There are no sign boards, and no proper phone number which will help you to reach there. 2. This hotel is unreasonably and insanely expensive. We paid the amount by looking at "Country inn" name, but believe me, its just an eye wash. Even for extra bed for my kid, they charged me Rs. 2000 + taxes (for one night). Food is also expensive. We ordered 1 Sabzi + few rotis, and bill was Rs. 1000. 3. They will keep on asking to pay for 1 night in advance (in case your booking is pay at hotel), as they are aware the guests may turn away anytime due to non-rechability to hotel. I will recommend not to go for this hotel, if you want your Mussoorie stay plesent. We felt reaching to this insanely expensive hotel as harassment.

Amazing and help full staff.

It's a centrally located hotel which is very closed to Mall Road. It's at the camel back road and very peaceful. Staff is qualified and supportive in all aspects. Country has recently acquired this hotel and built a new block of rooms (club rooms) with balcony (spacious) which includes breakfast, dinner, Hi-tea, beers and many more.... another best part is their second restaurant which is on the terrace, it's under construction but coming up very nicely. Hotel also provide pickup/drop off to and from Mall road. Food is also very good. Kudos to the entire team. What else a leisure tourist can ask for 😊

Food, rooms stay, view and surroundings

Breakfast is ok but location and facilities are not upto price of room and brand of country inn.

Everything is good except location. Only way to reach hotel is padle riksha or hotel drop-off service ( very long wait and Manager's phones where off many times)

Location where only local can go, not option for getting taxi
