Excellent villa for our time in Cyprus. It has everything you need for a chilled holiday (including Trivial Pursuit 1980s Edition!). We enjoyed the quiet location, and our daily walks to the small supermarkets for supplies. The pool was still quite fresh (it was the last week of April so should be expected), but it was a very welcome addition on the hot days - of which there were plenty. Brian provided loads of useful information prior to our visit, which made our stay all the easier/nicer. We look forward to, hopefully, staying in the future.

Great property in a quiet residential area. Good indoor and outdoor facilities. Local restaurants and beach. Larnaca 20 minute bus ride. Lovely relaxing holiday.

This was a very nice property had every thing we need local shop were within walking distance . If you were going to go further a field buses and taxis not expensive. Information on restaurants bars and activities were in a folder in the villa . Brian and Anita made there contact number know to us and contacted us both before and whilst we were on holiday. Would recommend this villa

Found it to be like home from home in a nice, quiet peaceful area but not too far to walk to beach and local shops cafes and restaurants.

The villa was very clean and well equipped. Beach towels were provided which was brilliant. The pool was perfect to cool off in and there was plenty of shade available. Nice quiet location and easy walk to the beach. Highly recommended

We had a lovely, relaxing holiday in the villa, which contained everything we needed. Brian and Anita were very helpful both before and during the holiday. The location was great. Very quiet, but within a short walk of shops and restaurants. We hope to visit again one day.

This is a lovely, clean and modern villa with a great pool in a quiet and very convenient location for shops and restaurants etc.... We really enjoyed our stay and wished we could have stayed longer.

We had a lovely holiday, the villa had everything you needed to make your stay even more enjoyable. The pool area was amazing. Anita and Brian are superb hosts and were very helpful at all times! We will definitely return!

The villa had everything you could need, the area is lovely and quite only 5 minutes walk to the beach. Brain and Anita are fantastic hosts if we return to Cyprus definitely staying here again. Thank you for letting your villa to us.

Rented this villa with my partner and 11 month old daughter. It was ideal. The villa is very well equipped and in a good location to access some beautiful areas in Cyprus. Brian and Anita were incredibly helpful and responsive when we needed to contact them and so we were made to feel very welcome. Would definitely recommend. Cyprus in early Nov proved a great place to come. A couple of rain clouds, but mostly sunny and in the mid 20s. Perfect for a little one.

Lovely villa about 10 min walk from sea. It was very well equipped and everything you need is there and a lot more beside. Brian and Anita were fantastic and were very accommodating when our airline went bust and we had to hurriedly arrange new flights and times. They arranged a taxi from the airport to the villa which was very much appreciated as we arrived quite late at night. We went as we were attending our daughters wedding and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and have no hesitation in highly recommending both Cyprus and the beautiful villa. The only problem was leaving when it was 29 degrees and coming back to England and it was 8 degrees!!

This property is well equipped and maintained. It is in a good position for local shops and restaurants which are in 10 minutes walking distance from the villa. Larnaca airport is only 15 minutes drive away and Larnaca centre with all its amenities only 10 minutes. The local beach, which is a 5 minute walk from the house. It is sand not pebble and the beach slops gently into the sea which makes it great for young children. Brian and Anita are attentive owners and no request is too much trouble.

Wow what can I say from the minute we booked Brian and Anita could not help us enough which was so reassuring. This is our 6th villa holiday and most definitely the best. The villa was immaculate and very spacious the photos don’t do it justice. The outdoor area very well maintained the pool super clean. The villa was less than 10 minute walk to the beach and small local supermarket and a 15 minute drive to larnaca for a large Greek suprmarket or a lidl. We hired a car through the management company which was so simple and reasonable rate. The area is quiet but a short drive to near by towns Ayia Napa 25mins away and Nicosia 45 mins away is definitely worth doing.There is a lovely brochure in the villa with local info and we tried the bars and restaurants advised and all were lovely especially la veranda. The bedrooms had lots of storage and the double bed was so comfortable we have actually come home and bought the same mattress! We have 2 teenage girls and they loved it lazing on the pool on lilos during the day and then a bit of late night swimming, they didn’t want to come home.The views from the top balconay were beautiful, we spent the day round the pool and the night on the balcony watching the sun set, amazing villa, can’t thanks Brian and Anita enough, so envious of there beautiful villa, would more than highly recommend and although we don’t tend to go to the same villa twice would definitely return here .....amazing x

Stayed for 14 nights in July, couldn't have been more pleased with the property. Travelled as a family of 4, the 2 boys, aged 14 and 10 . Everything was exactly as described and more. We where totally catered for and couldn't fault anything. Brian and Anita where excellent hosts and answered any questions that we had within minutes. The pool was excellent and of a good size. The villa itself had plenty of room for our family to relax. Great living area, with excellent tv and the added bonus of iptv. Fully equipped kitchen and 2 great sized bedrooms. We hired a car for the full 2 weeks, which was handy for shopping trips and travelling around the island. However a car is not essential, as there are a number of tavernas and a couple of bars within walkinng distance. Overall, a great family holiday.

Could not have been happier with this lovely villa. Very clean, spacious and great views from choice of two terraces. The roof terrace was a great place to chill and watch the sun go down. Easy walking distance to the beach, bars, shop and restaurants so not necessary to hire a car but would recommend it as there are lovely places to go and visit and explore. Would recommend the Rock Shots Restaurant, Tony the owner is a lovely guy and very attentive. After eating would recommend to take a stroll across the road to the London Bar owned by Andy who again is very friendly and very informative if you need any info or help with the area. The sliced apple and popcorn Andy serves f.o.c. on every visit was a nice touch. If you have a car would recommend visiting Dhekelia English Army Base where you will find a nice beach, fish and chip restaurant, cafe and supermarket. Both this beach and the CTO beach have sun beds at reasonable price €7.50 for 2 beds and umbrella. The owners Anita and Brian are a lovely couple, very attentive, informative and easily contactable at all times, nothing is too much trouble so thank you both for sharing your beautiful villa and being so helpful every step of the way. We had an amazing holiday and will definitely be back again.

Throughly enjoyed our stay , real home from home , everything supplied even beach towels . The Villa has a private back garden to chill out in and the pool was fab . Only a few minutes walk to the local bars, beach and bus stop. Brian and Anita were the perfect hosts answering any questions we had and phoning us to make sure everything was ok on our arrival .

The villa actually exceeded expectations. Couldn't fault it. The garden and pool area is well equipped with quality furniture (there was even a lilo for a 59 year old kid to play with). Inside, the living area is far more spacious than inferred by the photos. The kitchen has everything you need with loads of glasses, cutlery and crockery. B&A even supply umpteen towels for outdoor use. That and the washing machine means that you can pack lighter. The location is fine. The walk to the local bars and amenities is actually rather pleasant in the evening. Really, the only disappointing thing about the villa is that it isn't mine.

We loved the villa and Brian was very helpful, making sure everything was ok. The location was great for us, everything was well maintained and spotlessly clean.

I have to say you are looked after by Brian and Anita from start to finish. Starting with the organised taxi from the airport, the phone call two days in to check everything is OK plus the deposit back in your account before you arrive home. As for the villa it has everything you will ever need including UK TV when you need it. The location is so quite and peaceful yet a 5 minute walk and you have many bars and restaurants to enjoy. The pool area is fantastic with outside dining mad easy by the nice large gas bbq. The place was spotless and with some lovely balconies and a roof terrace to watch the sun go down with a nice cool beer. Thanks again Brian and Anita ........ Villa was as described, nice and clean with a lovely pool, there are a handful of restaurants nearby, our favourite was La Veranda, a car is essential if you wish to take full advantage of the area as public transport is a bit unreliable.

We stayed for a week at the end of May and we had such a lovely holiday. The house is in a really peaceful area, but close enough to amenities to walk to them - perfect. We spent lots of time relaxing by the pool, and the house and pool were lovely and clean. We also hired a car and went to some beautiful beaches nearby, into Larnaca as well as the Waterworld waterpark near Ayia Napa. A week wasn't really long enough - I looked to see if there was any more availability when I got home! I'd definitely like to go back. Thanks Brian and Anita

I stayed in Brian & Anitas with my wife and three children for two weeks over the Christmas and New Year break. The arrival was handled brilliantly, there was no hassle collecting keys and the house was spotlessly clean and had every modern convenience. The bottle of wine was a nice touch! The property is as described on the site but the pictures do not do it justice, it is much better in real life.The property is very close to the CTO beach, restaurants and family friendly facilities. It is very close to the airport, Larnaka and Nicosia. Santa even found it for the children, who loved their stay!I cannot recommend this property more highly and Brian was very quick to respond to any questions we had.

It is also only a three minute walk to the beach that is very safe for children and the same distance to great restaurants and bars . The owners Brian & Anita are lovely people to deal with and will help you out at the drop of a hat . Will defiantly be rebooking this villa.
