House is clean, neat, and comfortable beds. Enough space to gather, but also have privacy. Walking distance to coffee, breakfast, ice cream, and restaurants. Close to beach. Close drive to Convention Center. Would highly recommend.

Very nice property with plenty of amenities and beach supplies. Only things lacking were linens and extra toilet paper but we were aware of that going in.

Everything for our vacation was great. We did have a hot water issue but it was completely taken care of in less than 24 hours. George was responsive immediately to any questions we had and the property was perfect, clean, large enough for our 9 family members, close to the beach and plenty of parking. I would highly recommend renting this property.

We were a family of 8 (one that is only 22 months). There was plenty of space. I definitely left it cleaner than I received it. I know I probably could have called Tina and George and had this resolved but it was easier just to do it myself. We were ready to get our vacation started. It was a bummer that the beach wagon that was provided to carry the beach chairs and toys had a broken wheel, it made it difficult to push or pull but we made do. Overall, it was still a great vacation! Lots a places to eat and shop all within walking distance.

The home and location were great, unfortunately, the owners called me less than two days before our vacation demanding a list of our guests and their ages. I told them the copy of my license should be sufficient . They said it was a law, which it is not and said they would cancel the rental if I did not comply. Not the way I want to start a vacation. Ask upfront what information they will need from you before you rent.

This was in the perfect location and the house was very roomy and comfortable for the entire family. Tina and George were fantastic. Would love to stay here again!

My friends and I loved our stay at Sika House. It was clean, well kept and the perfect amount of space. Also only a quick walk over to the shore from the bay side. Tina and George are responsive and so accommodating, their dedication to their tenants’ experience goes above and beyond.

The house was tucked away in a quiet, bayside street with a great view out over the water. The place is spacious, very well kept, and the perfect place to enjoy your time in OCMD. Within walking distance to some great spots - Bad Monkey, Fagers Island, Dead Freddie’s, and even Secrets (if you don’t mind getting some exercise). Tina and George were great hosts, would definitely recommend this place to friends and hope to visit again soon. Next time we will pack the kayaks and bikes as the garage is perfect for storing them during the stay.

The property was clean and well-kept. The location was great - there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby and it was a short 5-7 minute walk to the beach. Communication with George was seamless.

Staying at this property was one of the best stays. It was clean and very spacious. The only thing was that the front door code stopped working on one of the nights. Luckily I was able to call and was given another code to get in with no issues. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to vacation with their family.

With a huge garage we were able to bring kayaks and a SUP. A quick walk and we were in the bay. We were able to do the beach and the bay everyday. Never got bored. We stayed away from crowds. The midtown location was perfect. Beach access to a very social distanced beach area. I’d recommend to anyone. CLEAN! Spacious and a fully stocked kitchen, with quality products. No dollar store utensils! Extremely impressed and satisfied. We had to force ourselves to leave. One small maintenance issue and they had a handy man there in an hour. Nothing that was in anyone’s control. A random outdoor hose issue. I must say the handy man was very responsive and respectful.

Reserving property was easy

We were 2 families of 4, kids ranging from 7-13 and 4 adults. Loved the huge kitchen table so we could all eat together, plenty of bedrooms, and close proximity to the beach. Check-in was easy, great communication from the owners.

We had a great week at this property! The location is very convenient to the beach (two long blocks) and lots of restaurants. The property is nice looking and well-decorated. There are a few small points I would share with a future renter - first, there are no ceiling fans anywhere in the house which we found strange in a beach house (during a sweltering summer!). In addition, there is a lot of "junk" in the drawers and closets. But overall I would not hesitate to rent this property again given the overall great condition and excellent location. Another little bonus was that they had lots of extra beach chairs and wagons for use during the stay. Finally, the owners were EXTREMELY responsive. We had a small issue with our air conditioning (no one's fault!) that they addressed immediately (and we were very appreciative about!). I would recommend this property! :)

My group and I were provided with a beautiful house in a great location. The week ran smoothly with lots of help from our renters.

Our family needed a break from the Covid-19 isolation, so we chose to stay in an OC townhouse on the bay side. The townhouse is clean and bright and close to everything you need. It is decorated nicely and even has a view of the bay from the kitchen deck. It is a very short walk to the beach. The 4 bedrooms allowed us all to have plenty of space. The beds were super comfortable! George contacted me prior to our stay, and he was available by phone to answer all my questions. Thank you for sharing your beautiful space with us. We would definitely like to stay here again!

We were 5 women friends looking for some bonding, relaxation and fun! We found all of that during our end-of-summer weekend stay. The home is conveniently located near everything there is to do. The pictures accurately depicted the home; it was very clean, beautifully decorated, and comfortably accommodated our group. George and Tina, we loved your property and wouldn't hesitate to stay again!
