Lovely spacious suite, clean and fresh. Breakfast included was great.

Air conditioning was very noisy. Would have liked tea/coffee making facility in the room.

Our room was overlooking station where big tracks were parked. They started early in the morning, which wakes us up. But other than that it was a great hotel, would come back and highly recommend

The main building seemed neat.

We were given a room the what they called the “back building” we were unaware of - with a difficult to navigate parking overhang, a weird entrance inside the parking garage stairwell, and a view of a construction sight lot. No access to coffee etc without going all the way around back to the regular building. We also almost got towed because staff failed to give us a parking pass for the stranger parking lot/back garage as well. Toilet barely worked.

Room was clean wish they had better tv channels not many. Breakfast was great loTs of choices. Loved how they cleaned room everyday. Really liked on Friday and Saturday they have a two hour wine reception.

Tv did not have many channels. The elevators are not the best. Other than that can’t say any thing bad enjoyed our stay. Host was so personable.

This is a great hotel in Allston. The staff is amazing -they clean your room every day (unlike so many hotels these days). They have a complimentary breakfast and on weekend a complimentary wine and charcuterie for guests. The rooms are new and spacious and the lobby is a great place to hang out, work, or play ( they have ping pong). The hotel is right along the Charles River and many rooms overlook a pretty park beside the river. The only downside is that it is not close to public transportation. But if you don’t mind taking Ubers or driving you’re good to go.

the king's studio room was very spacious and ideal for traveling with companions. breakfast wise not too many options to shoot for. room is pretty sanitized. the supplies in the rooms seem clean without any odors.

it seems like its always the shower room thats having major issues; either not enough bathing accessories or not enough for hygiene purposes. it's the same as my visit last time and doesn't seem like there's any improvements which is a turn off. Not sure if there will be any adjustments because this is kinda 2nd strike...

Beds and bathroom in the room were nice.

The hotel needs a serious update and is hard to navigate from north to south tower. There is no hotel shuttle service. The restaurant is permanently closed. It lacks energy and looks very tired.

No air conditioning but still charged full price. they said open windows. after 4 hours still 80 degrees in room. called for electric fan and took 2 1/2 hours to bring up. The coolest it got was 77. It was uncomfortable and not very nice.

Rooms were clean and the themes were fun. Common spaces were comfortable and well maintained. Breakfast was a good selection
