BREAKFAST , LOCATION , SERVICE , ESPECIALLY THE TAIWANESE LADY I MET AT LOBBY HELP A LOT

I STAYED AT 5 TH FLOOR ( NOT SURE ) , I CHOOSE SEA VIEW ROOM , IT WAS OK BUT RIGHT OUTSIDE THE WINDOW IS CONCRETE SURFACE WHICH ANNOY THE SEA VIEW , THE PHOTO DID NOT SHOW THIS WHEN I MADE RESERVATION

Nice bed, walking distance to the beach and shops. Staff are super friendly. Kids friendly hotel.

Some aroma could be placed in the room.

I had a lovely stay in this hotel. The room was big and clean, really good for its value. It is also very close to the main attractions such as the Sandanbeki Cave, Senjojiki Rock Plateau and the Saki-no-Yu onsen. However what made my stay exceptional was the staff, they were really friendly and professional. A few days after my stay, I realised I left something in the room. I contacted the hotel by message and the staff got in touch promptly and arranged for posting. They were prompt with their actions, they posted it pretty much straight away and I received it the next day, just in time before I left Japan! I have never left any reviews online for anything but I just have to this time. Thank you for much for making my holiday in Japan even more memorable!

Nice and very spacious room. Great breakfast buffet with a wide variety of food to choose from.

Information on booking.com was partly outdated, but luckily to our advantage :) The information on bookind.com stated that the fitness room, spa and onsen were unavailable throughout May, however it was fully available throughout our stay.

I loved the private onsen in my room. The availability to rent a bike was great too.

The in-room hot spring is very nice, and all the staffs there are kind and welcoming.

Dinner at the restaurant didn’t represent value for money. It was super expensive for what we got. The food was not really yummy and they charged approx $200 for a set menu. Not really happy about this service This is a shame as we normally stay at Marriott hotels and food is great. But this one was not great

The room size and communication mistake. Because the hotel has promised to offer higher floor with sea view and private spring bath but my room don't have.

already early check-in on usual day yet all shuttle bus to various spot not available. the freezer in the fridge doesn’t work, things melt. the inroom hot spring can not be shut generating noise during sleep. the smart TV doesn’t have internet connection. restaurant food wasn’t that great.
