It is a great hostel. I really love it. Not far from airport (I just walked) and in the center, you can find everything you want. And staff is so nicee, they said beautiful places to visit and answered all my questions. It was awesome experience. Muito obrigada:)

We had a great stay at the Nook Hostel, high quality for a low price. The room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed for a couple of days stay. We only shared the apartment with the another couple, so we never had issue with the common areas. The toilet was also very clean and nice. If you have a car, there are free parking spaces 5 minutes from the apartment (like the Park Hotel). We definitely recommend this hostel if you are looking for a place to stay in Ponta Delgada.

Maybe the breakfast did not have much options, but we did not care that much about it so it was really not an issue.

The Nook Hostel is simply a great place to stay! I had a very comfortable room on the third floor, which was quiet and pretty big. On the floor there is a shared bathroom (for 2 rooms) and a shared fully equipped kitchen. There is also another big kitchen on the ground floor, where breakfast is served. Everything is very clean and cosy. The staff were also lovely and very helpful. I would definitely stay again at the Nook!

O Ricardo é o Verdadeiro anfitrião na arte de bem receber os clientes, deu sempre todas as informações importantes, inclusive conselhos do que não poderíamos perder. O pequeno-almoço é simples mas que satisfez plenamente. A localização é excelente e o edifício foi muito bem renovado. Muito confortável.

This is an immaculate hostel that is well cared for, and is thoughtfully designed for the traveler to have everything. The kitchen had everything you need and the breakfast was generously supplied. The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet because the windows are well insulated in canceling any outside noise. The other guests are very respectful. This is a very quiet Hostel the bathrooms are clean and the water pressure is strong and the water is hot. There is a laundromat a block away and very convenient. The hosts responded immediately to any questions and were always available to help. Alex had many great suggestions for activities on the island. Check in and check out was smooth and easy. The location was ideal. I highly recommend booking here, and I will definitely return.

Чудесный хостел. Прекрасный хозяин! Хороший завтрак. Все чисто, есть все необходимое. Хостел превысил ожидания хостела! Все рядом, в пешей доступности.

Из минусов в комнате есть датчик дыма и он всю ночь мигает красным светом, мешает спать. Также подушки, они очень тонкие.

Het hostel heeft weinig sfeer en de tweepersoonskamers op de bovenste verdieping zijn erg simpel, warm en vochtig voor de prijs die je betaalt.

Personal muy amable, hotel limpio, sin ruidos, llegamos a las 00:00 y sin problema para abrirlos.

Shower was handheld only, unless you want to sit in the shower. Lockers in the room didn't work. Not much atmosphere.

Location and very clean

The location is very good, in the middle of the city, but it's not too loud. We rented the apartment and we had all the equipment we needed in the kitchen etc. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

There was nothing I didn't like, breakfast, location, clean

very good location, right in the middle of the city center but still not loud or too busy. The plus was definitely the Host Terhikki who made us feel very welcomed from the beginning, seamless and quick communication, she gave us exceptional recommendations to visit restaurants and other activities which we enjoyed a lot.

The Hostel experience can be enhanced with very little effort, noisy doors can be oiled, apartment kitchen (not the common one but the one shared by the 2 apartments at last floor) could be a little cleaner and there was some intense smell coming out of the pipes.

This place is amazing! It just a couple steps from the Sity Gates of Ponta Delgada Port and all buses around the island, but at the same time it quite place. Very clean! Great breakfast in the morning and equipped kitchen, where you can prepare dinner. All what you need very close - restorants, supermarkets, shops. This place is more than hostel, it like a home. I saw a lot of people who went back and stay in this place repetaly or extend staying. I will recommend it to anyone! Thank you, Terhikki and Ricardo! I will be back definitely

Comfortable dorm bed (long enough for me at 6'1), well equipped kitchen, perfect location for Ponta Delgata. Staff always responsive and happy to help (thank you!)

location is good, access to the kitchen. elevator for people with heavier bags was nice to have. free towels for shower/beach.

not sure why this place is so highly rated… bathrooms (especially showers) were dirty and there was only one per floor, which meant a lot of waiting. got a lot of persistent text messages before my arrival and after, which I found pretty unprofessional. the wifi barely worked, especially in the room. had to ask for the a/c to work which led to a sleepless first night. overall wouldn’t recommend, unfortunately.
