Great appartement for our stay in Bologna. Massimiliano was very friendly and explained everything very clearly. The appartement was clean and stocked. The balcony was especially nice. Would come again!

Bologna is a wonderful town. We had a great time in a wonderful apartment with a stunning view from it's balcony. Best choice.

The location is amazing, the appartement looks like the pictures, and the host is very friendly. My only piece of advise would be to put a bin in the bathroom, so guests don’t have to walk to the kitchen to throw out menstrual products.

Excellent location. Everything is within walking distance including some awesome cremerias (gelati heavens) and restaurants. The host, Massimiliano, was super helpful with suggestions for places to visit and restaurants. He even informed us of the poor weather and places to skip due ether recent floods in the region. Thanks Massimiliano for looking out for us. The apartment is modern, clean with all amenities and comfortable for the two of us.

As others noted, this is a 4th floor apartment with no elevator so get ready to get your steps in! Luckily, what awaits you is a pristine, remodeled studio with an exquisite balcony overlooking a private garden. The location was perfect- an easy 10 minute walk to the Quadrillo and Piazza Maggiore, in a neighborhood that had numerous restaurants but was quiet at night. We talked to other travelers staying in different areas and they were so jealous of our area! The owner was very responsive before our arrival and allowed us to check in early. Do note that while there's a washing machine, there's no dryer. A small drying rack is available for use on the balcony; just make sure you don't wash too many clothes at once, and that it's not raining! We absolutely adored the outdoor space, whiling away many evenings with wine and cheese. Big thumbs up to the restaurant next door, Vage de Uffizi. Get there right as they open as the locals arrive and take the tables by 8 pm!

We really enjoyed staying in this apartment. Massimiliano was great to deal with and we appreciated all of the recommendations he gave us and the info he left in the apartment. The place was well equipped. We used the kitchen quite a lot. Heat and hot water were quick to come on. The bedding and kindness were good quality. Our favourite part about the apartment was the terrace. It overlooks an old convent garden and is very peaceful. It doesn’t seem to get much sun which made it a bit chilly at this time of year but would be great in warmer weather, I’m sure. We noted a few minor drawbacks. The apartment is 4 flights up a narrow, circular staircase. But that’s not unusual here and we managed fine. Also the slanted roof around the bed made it tough moving around that area - we both hit our head a number of times (and I am quite short). We also found the bed and pillows to be quite hard, but that might be perfect for some. We liked the location which had plenty of amenities and restaurants close by but which was outside of the center by about a 10-15 minute walk. It is located on the opposite end of the city from the airport and the train station. We walked to the train station in about 30-35 mins.

Massimiliano was very responsive and met us at the apartment to go through everything with us! The place was clean and on a quiet street in a great area. Be aware it is on the top floor and there is no elevator but the view is awesome! I would definitely stay again.

This property was perfect for our week in Bologna. It had all the right levels of charm, cleanliness, location and price. We arrived a bit later than planned, but our friendly host was patiently waiting and helped us settle in. If we weren't out exploring the sights around town, we were enjoying the view from the terrace with a glass of wine or a cup of coffee. A small grocery store is just around the corner and it only took a few minutes walking to arrive at Piazza Santo Stefano. We read reviews that mentioned the bed being hard, which it is, but it wasn't a problem for us. If we ever make it back to Bologna, this will be our first choice of accommodation.

Wonderful apartment! All updated, well stocked and very comfortable. The deck was amazing, a rooftop view over Bologna! We spent a lot of time on that deck. Advice: pack lightly because you go up 60 steep steps. But so worth the view! Massimiliano was very helpful and easy to get in contact with. The area is within easy walking distance of everything. We would definitely stay here again!

This apartment was a little Jem. Very close to everything. Stairs could be tricky if you dodgy on your legs( 60 ) off em. But didn’t affect us lol. Massimiliano is a great guy who explains everything you need to know and then leaves you alone to enjoy your time in Bologna. Would recommend to friends and family if they were visiting here. Had a great 4 days. Worse thing about it was leaving. Didn’t want to go. So five star rating. And once again thanks massimiliano

The view from the balcony is overwhelmingly nice! The flat is clean and has everything you need. The flat is big enough for two persons although it’s definitely smaller than it looks like in the pictures.

We had a great time in this appartment. Location was very well situated in the city centre of Bologna. The appartment was perfect and equiped with everything we needed.

This flat was exactly what I needed in a location that was perfect and quiet, but close enough to everywhere I needed to be. Massimiliano was quick to respond and answered any and all inquiries. I'd gladly move in! I'll definitely be back! Thank you Massimiliano!

Excellent place, excellent owner

Mr. Marzaduri was very helpful providing advice on traveling from the city center from the airport and provided an abundance of materials explaining the history of the city and places to visit. Also, he provided a lit of practical locations like groceries and restaurants. The property was lovely and convenient. As a solo traveler I felt safe. Be aware there are steep stairs so a person needs to feel comfortable climbing several flights with luggage.

Very nice apartment and newly renovated, perfect for one person or a couple. The apartment is compact but very well designed to maximize the space and the small covered balcony offers great sunset views. Easy walk to all the sights.

Studio was fine except for the bending over required to get to the bed. Nice and helpful host.

Gorgeous apartment, with fabulous balcony. Everything you need to hand. Central for walks in and around Bologna to see fantastic sites. Great park nearby for wee morning runs. Recommend for amazing views two towers, Santa Luca train. Bologna food tour to sample the delights of Bologna food and area. The anatomy museum is opens your eyes to everything and is free!! What a true find this apartment is, very nicely decorated and comfortable with lots of thought gone into making your stay a great one. The owner is a delight and very helpful and always to hand if needed. The balcony is a pleasure and great for breakfast and that glass of chilled vino. The apartment is close to the city but not too close to be kept awake by the numerous bars and late night cafes, and you'll find a few local places to eat that are very authentic. Overall we loved it here although sorry to say the internet did not work, but hey ho you can do without that for a day or two Thanks Massimiliano for everything, Steve & Carol x

Both the location and apartment is worth for five stars + one extra for owner. So total of six stars - this place is super and professionally ruled. If we ever visit Bologna again this will be the place. Thank you all.
