L'emplacement est bien. C'est situé à 8 minutes du village de magog. Les couloirs, etc. sont très propres. Il y a un bon restaurant dans l'établissement et il y a un gros parking!

Trop bruyant, les chambres mal insonorisé. Les enfants sautent dans le spa et font des bombes comme si c'était une piscine au mois de juillet, personne n'avertis personne. Nous comprenons que se sont des enfants, mais ce n'est pas la place pour faire cela. Nous étions ici pour nous reposer pour nos 6 ans d'anniversaire. Il y avait également un odeur de moisissure dans notre chambre qui rendait cela inconfortable.

Price was very high for a standard room and the Spa prices were ridiculous. Never spent above 150$ for a massage before and never will again.

This was a repeat visit for me and I will definitely be back again. I love the hot tubs, sauna, and quiet yurt. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was excellent - spacious with a lovely well appointed deck. The hotel is clean and comfortable and the kitchenette in the room is handy. The bed was very comfortable.

Breakfast here is not included. The last time I stayed here we were able to purchase breakfast at the hotel. This time our first morning was a (summer) Sunday morning and the only option was a $30 brunch that required advance booking. We drove to Magog which is only 10-15 minutes away for breakfast which worked for us but might not be acceptable to some visitors. I would love to see an option to have breakfast included, even if it is just a continental breakfast.

We enjoyed the brunch, however, it was not communicated to us that there were 2 rooms where the food was located. Therefore, we only had half the options which was an expensive brunch with not the complete selection available. Only at the end of our breakfast when we were leaving did we discover the main room for the brunch. Perhaps a sign would be beneficial indicating where the brunch rooms are located. We were disappointed the location of the brunch rooms were not communicated to us.

The kitchen in the room was perfect and useful. I liked the nespresso coffee in the room. We liked the indoor pool. Staff is kind. The lady at the Sans filtre café Tuesday morning was lovely.

The pillows are flat and not confortable. The air conditioner A/C was loud and it scared us when it started during the night. There was noise upstairs of our room so it was hard to fall asleep

The rooms are spacious, well appointed with updated furniture. Had easy access , lots of parking, very clean. Staff were pleasant, food was very good, enjoyed complementary coffee.

I found the sauna needs some upkeep and the galleries and railings could use an upgrade, glass.

Super Spacious room well equipped, awesome bed, balcony and kitchen included, wifi working great. Great room , better than expected. Great price for quality of hotel compared to other places, ( on a week day). Lucky we were alone, no crowds anywhere

No complains, spa cold shower was not working and we could use towels on site at pools.

we went to the hotel restaurant and we're heavily disappointed with the service. the food and quality of food was overall amazing and delicious. we had a waitress that was older of age who was disrespectful and rude. she started off very nice at the beginning. but, we then had to wait 20-30mins to get her attention to order an extra salad and ask for the desert menu (which she never brought). we had finished eating for 40mins before she brought the bill. she was very impatient when we asked about paying with a gift card and kept going back and forth which overall took 20mins before we got to pay. she made us feel very uncomfortable about the tip amount, almost pressuring us to tip 15-20% when her service was 5% at most.
