Staff was nice

I have had pink eye since i left. My bed was covered in hair. Pretty upset.

Pool was too small and room was dusty and staff weren't that friendly

The breakfast was not being looked after properly. The eggs sat for along time. New batch should have been put on. One fruit selection only?? Bananas 🍌

I liked my room

On my 3 night a group of 30+ booked in and were booked on 3rd floor. The adults were in 3 or 4 rooms and then there were 14+ kids put into the room next to me. I was in 307. I called down 6 x and complained. All they said was they were sorry. On the 7th x I said I was calling the police. The staff actually did something. The staff wanted me to move. I said no because this was my 3 Rd night and I had done alot of shopping etc and I was already in bed. I was very upset. I didn't yell or anything. I heard from other people on the floor it was awful for them also.

Pillows were not the best, Shower head needs cleaning or replacing

Room was nice and clean. Check-in staff was very friendly and courteous. Hotel was very clean, very pleasant and welcoming. Overall it was a nice experience. Everything was well laid out, easy to access and clean

Hot tub was not hot, warm at best and the pool was cold. Pool was much smaller than anticipated and the water level was low. Would have preferred a ground floor room, but the third floor room was nice. Elevator was very convenient

Morning staff isn’t friendly. She doesn’t know how to act nice infront of customers.

The room wasn't cleaned, found men's beard shavings around bathroom sink, and bathroom had no toilet paper.

City had a 4 hour power outage.

conveniently located. comfortable bed.

was not informed of scheduled power outage which affected use of facilities etc. asked about early check in, told not available twice, waited in parking lot for over two hours until noticing other guests checking in early.
