过道有气味。 check in 当天看到 隔壁有人放了几个pizza 盒在他们房间外面门口。 check out 当天。那几个pizza 盒子还在门口。 我房间马桶 底座马桶没有拧紧螺丝。坐在上面会感觉晃动。 房间跟过道会有股味道， 或许是因为比较老旧

My husband enjoyed the breakfast.

The room we booked didn't have a plug working so the lamp to light up the room didn't work. We were given a new room but it wasn't clean to my expectations. I asked for the floor to be clean because there was candy stuck on it. I was brought a bucket and mop to clean it myself. The walls were sticky. The bathroom had a leak that we discovered on our 3rd day was a leak from the sink tap which had resulted in the bathroom floor having a puddle each evening when we returned from our day outing. When we first arrived the room smelled like smoke. The pool and hot tub water seemed murky. I was not impressed for the price we had to pay for our stay.

This was our third stay at the quality inn. We always go for pool and hot tub as our boys are avid swimmers and the pool is a nice size and usually quite warm. Price is always on point and affordable.

Our only complaint was the pool temperature and hot tub cleanliness. The pool is always quite warm but our latest stay that wasn’t the case. The hot tub had a stagnant smell and things were floating in it.

Pillows could have been firmer, as well as the bed.

I didn’t have the breakfast, room was nice, tv was to small for size of the room, couch was not vary comfortable for watching tv , pool looked vary inviting but I didn’t use it.

Not a big fan of the stairs seniors should have the option of ground floor. First night after parking my CORVETTE vary carefully away from everyone a car parked close enough when thay opened there door took a large paint chip out of my door. So it made for an expensive couple of days.

Great --breakfast, pool, the second room that we moved in was clean and wonderful.

They gave us a room in the separate part of the main building with outside doors, The room was dirty, someone had used purple hair dye or paint which had not been cleaned up. Carpet not vacuumed .
