The construction around the hotel was challenging, but everything else was good

Clean. comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was not free like it was last year, so no comment as we didn't eat it. Coffee was available in the lobby. It was great. There is an area to purchase snacks and nice patio furniture to be outside. The restaurant is available to dine.

It would be nice if there was a way to know about the existing road construction happening at this hotel when we stayed. It meant there was a significant detour to get into the hotel. It just so happens that my foot is injured, so parking at Tim Hortons to walk over to learn how to drive into the property took time. Ends up, it was at least 1 km to enter the Hilton via the Holiday Inn Express after driving around a large block.

The room was nice, clean and comfortable

We expected better facilities and service both during check-in and check-out. Example: at 14h50 we checked-in and chose a room away from the traffic but were told the room was still being cleaned and it would take another 15 minutes. We were happy to wait for that room but after checking repeatedly if the room was about to be ready, we were finally told at 4pm that they would now start cleaning the room which would be available 'hopefully rather sooner than later'... In the end it was ready at 16h15.

Convenient and a great location to Niagara Falls and the surrounding area. Would definitely stay again 👍

Need to offer free breakfast with room stay .

I did not eat breakfast there. I had lunch. The waitress and cook were very pleasant. There were 2 friendly front desk workers. Sorry I missed their names. The location was much further than I thought it would be. We were surrounded by constant construction work which made it impossible to enter at our location site. I assumed when it said that it was Hilton Garden on the lake that we would be near the fall. However, it’s the name of that town. Wow! I could I’ve known this since it’s another country. Guess I should have down my homework.

Location, small rooms not enough furniture space too expensive . At least continental breakfast if no breakfast is included at all. Surrounded by an industrial park.had to enter a block away from hotel. O special offers such as shuttle to falls or discounts on price of attractions. Not enough attractions info at front desk or anywhere in hotel.

Breakfast was good. Staff is great very friendly. Location is not too far from main visita points. I really enjoyed the location .

The whirlpool in our room wasn't very cleaned but it got all sort it out and the great reception staff turned the inconvenience in a great experience. Thank you.
