The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were very nice and the beds were very comfortable.

The hallways were spacious and very clean as well as our room.

The morning breakfast on was not good. The hashbrown were under cooked and bland. The scrambled eggs were watery. It was also difficult to get the attention of the staff to let them know that a serving spoon had fallen on the floor. Our room also had no microwave, or tub. The barn door style bathroom door seemed strange because there was no lock and it was difficult to open when inside the bathroom. Definitely not anything amazing.

We have always booked this hotel every time we come to Edmonton. The location is good as it’s nearby to almost everything. Staffs are nice.

Staff were exceptionally nice, helpful, and professional. Great location. Breakfast was very good. Strongly recommend to everyone.

I went in for surgery and they put me in a handicap room and that was o concerns.

The location of the property as well as parking was convenient. The staff was kind, helpful and pleasant.

I normally choose Hampton Inn because I know I will get a good nights sleep in their beds. Not so with this property. The sheets felt like a poor quality and itchy. (Small detail…the flat sheet was put on backwards with the tag in my face.) The bed and bathroom seemed run-down.
