Can't say anything good about this hotel. Don't know if the stay would have been nice or not because I was not able to stay even though I had paid in full for the room at the time of booking on Booking.com

I stayed at Comfort Inn earlier this month with absolutely no issues. (In Lethbridge) I booked the room on Booking.com and then paid damage deposit and room charge with debit card on arrival. This room was in Regina. This time, I paid for the room in full at time of booking on Booking.com. (Won't do that again) When I arrived at Comfort Inn in Regina, the clerk at the desk informed me she could not accept debit for the damage deposit. So, I offered to pay cash. Wouldn't accept cash either. Credit card or nothing. So, I asked for a refund and I would find a room somewhere else. Nope, can't do that either. Contacted Booking.com and They requested a refund on my behalf. Booking.com contacted me a few days later to try to follow up but Comfort Inn has not replied to their emails. This is NOT a problem with Booking.com, Comfort Inn has the funds.

I liked the sliding door, having a quick way out of the room with the dog.

The toilet didn’t flush properly, heater didn’t work - blowing cold air and no thermostat in sight. Tv was outdated, nothing to watch and On a lot of the channels people were blue!

Accessibility , excellent breakfast.

The pictures are when the hotel was new, now the bedroom looks different, old. The hotel needs to modernize

Loved the room, the location, the staff and the breakfasts.

Not so happy that we could not use the TV remote control to access the channel guide, which made watching the TV a little frustrating.

We were on main floor, & were able to park close to patio door for easy access for loading & unloading our things.

Good breakfast except the eggs which were some flat precooked concoction.

Hotel is in a good location and easily accessible from main roads. Many restaurants and shopping centers are close by. Parking was plenty and well lit. We had two rooms, and both rooms had comfortable beds, fridge and microwave, necessary furniture. Breakfast serves hot food. Check In was friendly.

Our request to have two adjoining or side by side rooms were not met though request was sent more than a week ago. Check out was not friendly.

it was clean

there was no water at all in the tub and I was told to wait while hot water is being fixed. Technician told staff that cold water should be coming but staff did not do anything about that and said it is water pressure issue and wait till technician fix the issue. We waited for over 30 minutes and still no hot or cold water came in tub and we had to leave without bath. This was the worse experience I have had with any hotel.

breakfast are so late. they should start serving it at least 5 or 6AM, especially for those workers who need to leave early. it would be nice to get a quick breakfast before going to work.
