The pool area had no towels or chairs to sit on. The breakfast area , the floor was absolutely filthy with mud and so much dirt. Went and had breakfast somewhere else and we weren't the only ones. We will not.

The pool was lovely, checkin was very smooth, the room was nice, and the breakfast was great!
We had paid extra for a late check-out, and were interrupted by house keeping twice.

The staff were friendly
Not clean at all. The floor in my room had not been washed the front desk said they would send someone to clean but it wasn't done when we returned to our room. Lots of garbage and debris in the hallways. We also received a 5am wake up call that was not for us. They did offer a discount on our next stay which I declined as I won't stay there again

Dirty bedding, pool was filthy and found 2 empty bottles of vodka under the chair when we arrived!
Booked a 2 queen family room with sofa bed and there was no sofa bed

Clean, friendly people, updated and calming piling areas, multiple pools and hot tubs.
There was private swimming lessons going on, felt like the instructors were staring at us between customers

The breakfast was exceptional. The kitchen staff were so accommodating! The location was so confidant to what I needed to do in Regina. All staffing was ready and willing to help. Amazing people! Loved the pancake machine.
Honestly I couldn’t think of anything. I know the place is older and showing some sign but aren’t we all! Check in and check went extremely smooth, lots of guest took part in breakfast and no one had to wait.
I did really enjoy the pancake machine! I am not a pancake fan but I had them both days!

I like the view and it was in a safe area that had everything we needed.
There was no ample parking and was crowded.

We arrived early at the hotel, an hour before check-in. The girl at the front desk worked diligently to get us to our room without waiting too long. She was great.

This hotel had dirty hallways and stairwells. Our TV malfunctioned in the middle of the night Turing on full blast static. The line at the breakfast was very long. The pool was closed. Will never stay here again!

We were put in an adjoining room and could clearly hear the people next door. Lots of hallway noise as well.
