Spacious room, comfortable bed, quiet area close to many Montreal attractions. Fantastic restaurant/galleries precinct 10 minutes walk. Also close to NOTRE DAME.

the staff were friendly, helpful and always cheerful.

the decoration was a little 'tired'. however, the room was spotlessly clean and the bed was very comfortable, so the decoration wasn't an issue.

Great location for an overnight stay before our onward journey to Québec City. Conveniently close to the bus station, nice cafés and restaurants in a lovely part of the city. Large room with two double beds and a sofa bed perfect for our two teenagers.

There were no breakfast facilities but lots of lovely cafés nearby so wasn't actually a problem for us.

The room didn't have carpet and the window opened. I have breathing issues and need air. That worked for me. It was warm. Good bathroom. Lots of outlets. Definitely not a luxury place but it's fine.

Old building smell. Weird carpet smell in the hallways. I'm allergic to that stuff but it wasn't as bad as a lot of places. Sound travels. It was really quiet aside from someone dragging a chair around in the night or whatever it was.

The hotel was built in the 1930's and has a very old world charm. The room was probably the largest room I've ever had in a hotel.The floors are original hardwood with original water radiator heating. It was a real pleasure staying here.

Price was amazing,.location was perfect for being outside of the hustle and bustle. Nice walk to old port under minutes.

Everything! Location was great, it was clean, it was nice. Such great value, too. For a quick weekend trip to Montreal, it was perfect.

Only complaint was the water pressure. At one point my shower just stopped because too many other people were showering at the same time I guess? But honestly for how great everything else was, I'd overlook it and come back.

Great centrally located. Safe, convenient to everywhere. Clean, huge sized room (at least the one we stayed)
