Toujours aussi propre, confortable (grand lit aux draps tout doux), à l'entrée de Québec en venant de Montréal, parfait pour s'y arrêter avant de passer la fin de semaine dans le coin, boissons à volonté, chiens acceptés

Le lit bien moelleux, le petit-déjeuner bien garni et le personnel très accueillant.

L'eau froide et l'eau chaude était inversés dans l'évier de la salle de bain, chambre 347.

The desk person spoke my mother toungue but was too rapid too explain, too rapid to give our key cards, we’re not even magnetized so we had to walk back all the way to repeat this operation that tecnically should have been done 1 st time Cleanliness of washroom :(

We needed a toilet plunger and there was not one on a housekeeping cart or anywhere nearby. Took a little doing but we did get one.

The breakfast was very good. The hotel was pet friendly.

The room was tiny. Under the beds were not clean, my dog found a bag of crackers and a plastic piece.

Breakfast was awesome, I even had seconds…OMG the beds were so darn comfortable, I wanted the sleep in but needed to get some site seeing in before heading back to Edmonton. The room was so quiet I was surprised being right by the airport. Great location for both vacationers & business minded alike. I’m definitely looking forward to staying here agin when I visit next

What, I don’t believe I had anything I didn’t like about staying here. You definitely have to stay here. Prices are perfect.

The room is clean. Breakfast is good.

Because of the season, the hotel shut down the air conditioner, so in the beginning of the night we stayed, it was quite hot in the room ecen thought we opened the window. However, it was cooler in the early of the morning. The room assigned to us is on the 2nd floor, so it is hard to carry the big baggages to the stair.

Breakfast options were good, Staff was friendly and accommodating, Free laundry, Free specialty coffee, cold water and 3 kinds of juice available round the clock Staff accommodated our request for 30 min extra for checkout

Room and washroom were a little cramped No housekeeping while your stay

The breakfast was good, there was a waffle maker and sausage and eggs on top of the usual bread and cereal etc. The hotel was silent at night no noises or commotions. They have charger for hybrid vehicles.

To start, when we arrived my husband noticed that the sink was not properly cleaned, there was food residue that was pretty visible. There was hair on the bathroom floor that was clearly there before we arrived. To top it off there is no fan in the bathroom (which goes against the regulations of the Régie du Bâtiment du Québec) and that meant that we were unable to create air circulation in the bathroom/room (there were visible yellow spots in the ceiling) and remove the smells. We had to open the window that I'm pretty sure hasn't been changed in over 20 years because you could see the humidity forming between the double glass. Furthermore there was no room cleaning (I don't know if it's an under-staffing issue or a carry-on from pandemic rules) but by day three the room was almost unhealthy to be in. It's Worthy noting that my family and I are very clean and always make sure that we keep the room tidy and livable but I also still have a child on diapers so you can imagine the trash cans...since there was no one checking the rooms we had to ask for toilet paper rolls every time we needed one. I really think that for stays longer that one night there should be room cleaning... My husband and I were extremely disappointed by our stay and were close to cancelling our last night and going elsewhere. The price is too expensive for the quality and there are some serious health and safety issues that need to be fixed...
