The accommodation was close to the airport

The breakfast buffet was poor, no hot foods cooked or provided. Other options were very minimum. Although the hotel is close to the airport, it is not convenient when trying to commute to the city or do any sightseeing as public transport was a long commute. Not much to do in the neighbourhood besides basic shopping.

Everything was great

Simple but nice breakfast.

I enjoyed the scenery of the property and the King suite room was gorgeous. It’s very convenient that there is a Walmart across the street for your needs as well. The bed was so comfortable and must say that was the best sleep we had in a long time.

I didn’t like that the deposit is 300$ if it’s not on a credit card and that the booking.com doesn’t provide that information for people to know. The curtains in the room had a big stain on it and didn’t appear to be clean. the jacuzzi tubs faucet was loose and the jets didn’t appear to be cleaned as there was hair coming from them.

The bed was very comfortable.

Pillows were uncomfortable.

wifi does not work, bedsheet wasn’t clean , room temperature was not good, stuffy & bloody nose for 2 nights. had to use all my data as wifi does not work. washroom sink get stuck every time you use the tap. it was a horrible experience tv has 95% only weather channels. I have stayed in many other hotels & motels from 2 star to 5 stars but apart from location this hotel sucks & very bad. I have been told if I want early check inn I have to pay 50$+ Taxes otherwise rooms don’t get Available before 3 pm , when I asked how is that room not available before 3 pm but if I pay extra charges room is available ?? no answer , staff said whoever told you it was wrong . very bad experience would not recommend anyone..
