The decor, although dated, is quite beautiful. I loved the fact they have a pool, even though I didn’t get a chance to use it.

No shuttle service; dated and in need of some renovations. Also, the bathroom was not the cleanest. There was dirt in the corners and dust.

It was close to the airport. The price was good.

The room was gross. It was dark and uncomfortable. The furniture was dirty and broken. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls. The bathroom was nasty. The carpet was really dirty.

Friendly and great restaurant

None of the tvs worked so traveling with kids was difficult

El desayuno para salir rápido del hotel no es tan malo.

Habitaciones muy viejas con olor a humedad que incluso se sentía la humedad sobre la cama, la persona que nos recibió por la noche al hacer check in no fue muy servicial, está retirado del aeropuerto y no tienen transporte, te hacen retención de dinero en la tarjeta y dependiendo del banco tardan en liberar por lo cual deberían de mencionarlo para estar preparados con dinero extra. El costo se sintió alto para ser un mal hotel

I liked the staff. I like that the Pool and hit tub worked. The breakfast. The room.

I didn't like that I had to ask for towels in the pool area The TV remote buttons did not work. Had to call front desk up Had to deal with a notnworking remote. Very dusty and the fireplace top was dirty,like food spill and wasnt cleaned prior to us coming. in. Sheets had stains.

the bed was not set. crumpled sheets and pillowcases. blanket was crumpled also.

it’s in a nice location

there were some evidence of deterioration in the room and the window was not closing properly. additionally I paid for breakfast but was told that it wasn’t included. the breakfast menu was not what was advertised

Big room, nice bed, great spa and pool. Work space available. The guy at reception having the late shift was always super kind and helpfull.

The lady in reception having was very brief, not really welcoming. Some lack of maintenance for example in the business room. The TV in the room was old, for this rate you would have a smart tv with netflix, youtube etc. in a lot of hotels.

Fairly close to the airport. The bed is amazingly comfortable. I didn't want to get up for my early morning flight. The room is very spacious, and with a fireplace. I was only here for a few hours due to a cancelled flight. Unfortunately I didn't get to use the pool or restaurant.

No airport shuttle.

Room spacious, facilitated, staff friendly, we enjoyed the stay.

One Thing ppl should know . It's also a convention centre, so if your trying to sleep you will hear music late Into the night. But it wasn't as loud as you think. Everything here was great.
