The smell, not enough towelld

Staff were very kind and accommodating.

Breakfast was a brown paper bag with a stale muffin, granola bar and bottle of water. The room smelled like smoke. The carpet was in tattered, internet was shotty.

Beds were very comfortable and A/C system worked great (it was 35.5C yesterday).

Breakfast was a joke. Terrible coffee (Tim Horton's is just next door). A bottle of water, granola bar and a small box of juice in a bag! Why bother. Just give us a $5 or $10 per night hotel room reduction and forget about breafast!

It was spacious.

The air conditioner was old.

I wish at the time of booking I was notified that the pool and hot tub were not in working order. That is the specific reason I booked this hotel to be able to use those facilities so I was very disappointed. I felt I should have been offered a discount from the price I was paying because I was unable to use those facilities and nowhere in my booking procedure was I told the facilities were not working. I know other hotels make it very clear when certain facilities are not in working order.

Location is nice and quite. I like also the view from my room at 9th floor i can see those supercars meet up at tim hortons parking. Gas station is just outside the building which is very convinient for traveller like me.
