Only complaint is no make up cloth to wash your face, just a disposable towelette, and I hate getting the pretty white cloths dirty. Body wash was empty and not refilled even after we requested it. But super minor things that did not affect how much we enjoyed our stay.

Hotel was fairly nice, staff friendly.

We had a drawer in the bedside table that wouldn't shut. We had mold in the shower. Our fridge made a high pitched whine.

only one elevator worked. Waited for 30 mins to get on the elevator with a loaded luggage cart. The pool area was filthy.

We stayed at a Double Tree in another country which was wonderful, so we had high expectations. This location was a bit fuddy duddy looking. Furthermore, there was a lot of noise in the hall in the evening outside our room. In the morning we also found a pamphlet for a pizzeria was slipped under our door. I informed an employee, who brushed it off. Odd, as it defeats the purpose of using your room card to use the elevator if just anyone can get on the hotel room floors. The elevators were also so backed up that we took the stairs more than once, and ran into other hotel guests who had to do the same. We didn't go to the breakfast as the line up was too long. Although it was not horrible, and I really liked the people at the front desk, I wouldn't bother staying at this location again.
