Quiet location but close to the town center

It’s little bit dark around kitchen.

Need more and cleaner washer and dryer in self laundry.

Great place, close to town but on the outside to enjoy nature, I wish I could have stayed longer!.

Banff hotels are in general very expensive in the summer. The place was great but definitely expensive for other standers, but for Banff seems fair

I got a basement room and that the swimming pool was in a different building from the accomodation

Bathroom had no towel racks or hooks to hang shaving kit etc. Well there was one small towel rack in front f the vanity down low

Location was good. For the most part the accommodations were fine. We stayed in one of the mountain cabins. The unit was clean and comfortable to use. Beds were fine and the wood fireplace was a nice feature.

The entrance to the cabin had no place to hang coats or take off footwear without walking on the floor. The floor got wet when we walked in with snowy feet. It would have been nice to have a couple more chairs as well.

stayed there before. wanted to return as we liked it the first time.

The staff and service and value were outstanding, and the room was perfect for 5. The location is a bit of a weakness, but we had a car, so no bother. Highly recommend.

A hot tub would’ve been great in the pool area.

Nice being able to park in front of your suite. The room had real dishes, utensils, glasses and cutting board within the kitchenette. The room was exceptionally clean and felt brand new. The body wash, shampoo and conditioner was so invigorating and smelt amazing. The balcony and views were awe inspiring. Staff was friendly. Pool was well kept.

Didn't like having to walk to a different building to get to the pool.

Clean and nicely renovated room. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Pool was lacklustre, in a separate building with access by a walk outside in freezing temperatures. Pool area was the most outdated part of the resort.

We really enjoyed the loft apartment. The location, kitchen facilities and fire place made for a very relaxing stay and the staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The supply of board games also made for some fun evenings! Although it is in walking distance to Banff, we greatly appreciated the supply of bus passes and the ease of access to public transport, which made it so easy to get around. With regular transfers available from Calgary, there is no need for a car at all!
