Complete amenities with kitchen. Very homey ambiance.

Just on our last day, there was a leak on the room near kitchen area.

Bed was uncomfortable, noise travelling from upstairs neighbours

The unit is spacious and everything you need is there! Washer and dryer in the unit, nice bathroom and a kitchen! HOWEVER!! When checkin in we were sent into a wrong room we tried opening it for many times, we came back to front desk to inform them key wasn’t working she then replaced it with new one but it didn’t work again then she decided to check it herself and it ended up not working, she tried to activate it again or something and it didn’t not work AGAIN! It ended up someone was already in the room and she wasn’t aware, she then tried opening the next room but there was someone in there already, ( The couple were shocked about the incident, they said that it happened to us where there was someone mistaken their room for theirs) anyways, the front desk came to check again and finally we got to right room! Imagine having to experience that after tiring day! It is really frustrating and we should be compensated for the inconvenient we experience but NOTHING!! They didn’t do anything.

This place has very friendly staff , room's view was great. Room was clean.

I didn't like the dishwasher it was broken and hard to work with.

Loved the mountain view from our balcony and the grounds were serene to look at. Loved the fireplace, kitchen and huge shower.

Would’ve liked a pool

The fact that we couldn't use the gift card that was given to us - it was obvious that I had to call the hotel directly.

It was clean.

The restaurant was closed. We did not know this to start with and the receptionist did not know about that either. That was a disappointment for us. We did not know the eateries in Canmore and just went to survival mode.

The whole environment made us enjoy our stay. The comfort the views and the friendly staff. Easy to get around town. Will be back for sure.
